Bad Customer service! I sent back a shirt because it was fault. They wouldn’t except it as a reclamation but they kept the shirt and I still had to pay for it!I have written several times to customer service but they don’t answer back.read more

Scammers. Sending invoices for products i already paid for. Stating their shipping is free when an order is over a specific amount and then asking for money for shipping.Awful costumer service. Zalando.se wasn’t this bad before. What happened?read more

I purchased the same bag in both black and brown, both had the same article number as the website,yet the products I received are clearly inferior quality. In the picture the bag had two engraved buttons to close the bag. The ones I received had only one centred button with no engraving.
This reminds me of the thing outlet stores do where they have products made cheaper specifically to sell at the outlet. Only difference is that the bags I purchased did not have an outlet price.read more

From my experience Zalando have been unreliable, and staff don't seem to understand of their own terms and conditions,or what their part in a contract is.
I ordered two jackets two weeks ago at a large discount (€60 v €165 full price), great deal or so I thought.
I chased them after 5 days as the items were stuck in a distribution centre in Germany. I chased again after another week had passed, and they said the courier lost the package.
Even though the item was still in stock, they cancelled the order and said they refunded the money (which still hasn't hit my account). If I wanted the jackets I would have to reorder (prices are now €165 each).
After some arguing they agreed as a "gesture of goodwill" that if I paid €330 upfront, they would hold for seven days minimum and then refund the difference when the item shipped. Who knows when that would be?
Not only are they completely breaking the terms of the original contract, their own Ts and Cs states if an item is in stock it will be shipped to the consumer per the original order. Only when it is out of stock will a refund be issued. I pointed this out to them but they annoyingly gloss over that on all correspondence and say "computer says no".
One positive is that they get back fast, but I have found them unreliable, frustrating to deal with, and worst of all not willing to stick to their own terms if it doesn't suit them. Be wary of their good deals.read more
