Bad Costumer Service and Communication. We did a booking and we sent an email to the support team the morning before the start date of the booking to cancel it and request for a deposit return.No one replied within the day to confirm that our request is progressed, in fact the next day they charge us for the full month for a parking space which we were informed by the host that had been given to someone before us. We are trying to contact their customer support team via online chat/ social media/telephone/emails... to request the return of our monies... which is proven to be challenging and stressful... hopefully we will get their confirmation and our monies back soonread more

Refusal to refund a cancelled booking

The theatre moved my booking due to Covid. I tried to cancel or amend the associated car park space but could not amend it via the app.I wrote to customer services who refused a refund and replied as follows : “ YourParkingSpace has an obligation to ensure our parking providers reserve the parking space for your booking, and in return, our providers expect to be paid for reserving the space.”
I feel this is very poor customer service and I will not be using this company again.read more
