We had a major issue with Domestic Reverse Charge, self inflicted, after contacting Xero they promptly answered our query,whilst it wasn't immediately resolved we were again contacted by Jess who persevered with an illiterate computer user & solved the issue with patience & good humour. Superb customer service.

Missing Purchase Orders

Looks a lot better than some of the other systems however we have constant problems with purchase orders when billed not showing up in our P&L account. We then have to go back into the bills,edit and rebill for it to show up. This causes us massive headaches each month and I would not use Xero if we could start all over again.
