hi...i did order SMRT PNP POD with some other stuff from the 9 days ago
First...the total charge onther website are 98.75$...but on my credit card they took 102.50$
Second...i got massage from them on the first hour that my address is wrong...by the way i did order more than 100 times online on the same address
Third...after all my messages in 9 days i send last message requesting a full refund also i did not seen or hear anything from them
if any one can help me with this topic i will be thankful...thanks

Do not buy from the Wotofo website, you have been warned!!! I put an order in on Wednesday,3 days later they emailed to say part of my order (a tool kit) was out of stock, yet it still showed 93 in stock on their website as it did on the day I ordered. I checked my bank and they had taken $106.51 out when my total was only $102.61. I immediately emailed them and asked for my order to be cancelled and all of my money to be refunded. I am still waiting for my money.
How a company with such great products can have such poor customer service and complete disregard for its customers, AND get away with it in this day and age is completely beyond me.

I ordered 9 items from wotofo.com. After waiting about 20 days I get a DHL tracking number.Item shows up in 6 days and I quote "1" item out of 9 showed up. Yet all the items show the same tracking number and show up as fulfilled on their website. Even the package says 1 item with a weight of 0.3g I don't know if they are trying to rip me off but I spent close to 200 dollars on their website and them sending me an item worth 49 is not going to cut it. They take forever to respond to any emails. And I cant tell you how many times they lie about your order being shipped. Give fake tracking numbers, you name it they do it. This is worse then buying from a scammer on facebook. Hell I pretty much did get scammed. They made off with 150 dollars and still have not responded to my complaint. If they dont' fix this asap I will never purchase another wotofo item no matter what website it comes from.

I will just start out by saying I have received my products, and the ones that I did get are fantastic.Wotofo makes great stuff.
That being said. I Placed my order on April 22nd, they gave me a tracking number, and that said that my order had shipped 4 days later and was awaiting drop off at a USPS facility.
After a couple of days I am concerned as it hasn't arrived at that facility yet. So I sent in a ticket, and was told that I needed to be patient, and that the product ships from China and that typically I should allow 20 days for delivery. No big deal, right? I mean, they should put that on the order page, but that is what it is. I was OK with 20 days.
Fast forward to June 5th, which is a few days longer than 20 days I should think. My package finally arrives, and out of the 3 tubes of mesh strips I ordered 2 are beautifully packaged, well put together and altogether a good value in my opinion. While perhaps not quite worth the wait. The third tube was.. well it was beautifully packaged as well, the problem was there was nothing inside of it.
I have put in a ticket requesting they either refund or replace in a timely fashion, I will update when they get it resolved.
Update 6/8 - Customer service reached out and refunded shipping plus promised to send a replacement.
Long story short, I will continue to buy their products, but maybe not from them directly. The shipping time was absurd, the response to my concerns was basically a "be patient" and then a long silence, and I only got 2/3 of my order.

DO NOT ORDER DIRECT EVER! You will probably be better off waiting for your regular online vape store to have item.If you feel the urge to order direct expect to wait a month or longer. Wotofo is in China not California. They have terrible customer service that has a obvious language barrier. They take DAYS to reply to email. When they do there are no help. All they can tell me is to be patient. Gave me a tracking number that says is coming from California that has not update in 20 days. Tracking number says California they said China. At this point I'm wondering when and if my items got mailed at all. DO NOT ORDER DIRECT!!!!!!!

For real don’t order from wotofo.com. They are in China not California like your tracking information says so expect waiting a good 20 days for an order,I’m getting close to a month now. They have a poorly stocked warehouse in the US and use that to bait people in with an English website. Elementvapes has way more selection, better customer service and fast shipping, tracking is also accurate and updated regularly. They also list things as out of stock when they aren’t available. Wotofo is like, i don’t know where your package is, I have your money and that’s what counts. Why are my grow lights from China that are being drop shipped by a random girl are getting here faster then my RDAs?

I recently purchased some item from their website.I had contacted customer service about my products about 6 times through email. 6 days, after purchase still didn’t receive any information about my orders. I was at my last patience with this company and gave them an issue for a full refund. 7 days later,
They replied back saying...
“ Hello fam, Sorry for the late response
Cuz we got too many orders for Profile 1.5 RDA, there are some delay on arrange the shipment and tracking info updates. So sorry for the inconvenience “
First of all, I am not your “FAM”... and taking 7 days later to reply back is not professional at all. They DID NOT get my package shipped out as promised.
Secondly, I am not sure... if customer service have a problem with proper English grammar. But you need to correct yourself before sending out emails to your customers.
Third, I was highly frustrated when I didn’t receive any information about my package from this company. If you have delays or not you should always give your customers a notice. It is not our fault as customers that you’re short staffed. No rooms for any mistakes nor excuses. But I took a chance with Wotofo.com thinking they are legit. I am not sure, if I am the only one with this issue. But I WILL NOT be purchasing from Wotofo.com ever again. This was my first and last purchase with them. Yes, I did in fact got my full refund back from this company. It took the next day for customers service to contact me through email me. To issue me the refund. I hope this review will help you guys make your decision. At the end of the day, it is your choice on whom you want to spend your money on. Peace “FAM”
