I found the Whisky's I required and placed the order, but after not hearing anything for a couple ofweeks and no response from messages I left on their answer phone or to emails I started to become worried. When I found these reviews I resigned myself to the fact I wouldn't get the whisky so I pursued them to cancel my order and refund the money. It took many polite phone messages and emails before I got contacted via email.
I continued being polite and I was rewarded by a full refund after a couple more weeks.
I imagine that not taking money until the order is fulfilled and regular or prompter comms would help this situation as it seems at some stage everything was rosey!

Where do I start with this company...???
I ordered some wine worth £210 on the 30th of December.To this date I still have not received the order or my money back.
Every time I called they were we will get back to you within 2 days etc. They never did!
I have called 100 times , now it goes straight to answering machine.
I wrote an email which they responded 5 days later , apologising and asking if I wanted the refund in a voucher, giving me 15£ extra. Hell no! I said i wanted in my bank. Is been a week still no refund or email.
I am involving my bank as I cant be bothered with this scam company anymore. 4 months for some wine!! Crazy!

Placed an order at beginning of Feb - have not received and they will not respond to emails or answer phone calls.Winebuyers - please don’t respond with the advice you have given others to email you an order number - I have done that 5 times and you haven’t replied.

In December 2020 I ordered some wine from Winebuyers which was due to be delivered for Christmas.As the wine was coming from France and due to the Brexit problems the Winebuyers Support Team informed me that the wine could not be delivered in time. In January they informed me that as a result of all the Brexit and the resulting Supplier issues the wine could not be delivered. The Team helped me immensely to resolve the issue for me and assisting in choosing a very good alternative. They have been very flexible and supportive in the face of a very difficult situation. today is April 1st I put in an order on 23 FEBRUARY and have to date not received it!I emailed several times since end of Feb when they told me there was a week or two delay. Not responded to 4 emails since! I spoke to a lady 2 weeks ago who promised to look into it and get back to me, she hasn't!

How they are still in business I’m not sure. Is this a Ponzi scheme?
Ordered 6 months ago and still no product.Promises of “we are waiting on the supplier”. I had to chase this constantly with not one email reference any delay in the 6 months.
