AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST If I could give them negative stars I would. I will never buy from this company again.They are a scam. I ordered four items. I received 3. 1 was damaged. 1 item they notified me would not be sent They charged my credit card for more money than my order total, in weird increments They refuse to acknowledge it in any way They sent me a duplicate of part of the order I already received. When I notified them of their error and asked them to pick up the extra items they begun threatening to charge me for it if I don’t bring it back to the store (all stores are closed as we are in a lockdown down due to the pandemic) it is also illegal to send unsolicited merchandise to people and then bill them for it even if I did keep the merchandise. Which I don’t want to. I am actively trying to return it because I don’t need two of these items and they are poorly made (the duplicate is also damaged) Do not buy this company. They are absolutely incompetent. Their merchandise is of poor quality their customer service is infuriatingly inept. Their operating services appear to be useless to as they over bill and send out items that weren’t ordered.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced and that is with expensive items ordered.Will not honor deeper sales prices on orders you have not received. And on returned items have to contact them 3 weeks after return to get refund. On damaged items return and promised expedited shipping still waiting 3 weeks after return and everytime I contact them for status they promise they will ship immediately. And then push delivery out further. Call and they just say sorry and will not transfer you to a manager. Would buy from anyone other than them in the future.

Love this company, own some of their stock, but I am thinking, I won't be shopping here anymore.Outrageous shipping costs, and items are usually 2 months backordered, so don't get excited about getting anything from them any time soon! I don't care if they say it is, 'in stock', it always comes late! Online site layout and ordering, are confusing.

Do Not Buy Towels from William Sonoma

In December, I ordered two sets of what I thought were high-quality towels from William Sonoma in California.The brand is Chambers Organic Aerospin Towels, Set of 6. Because my home has 3 bathrooms, I ordered two sets of the pale key lime green. It took William Sonoma three months to deliver the order, and the total was $179.98, which included shipping. Yesterday, after taking a shower, I dried off on one of the towels. Today, I was horrified to see that large yellow spots cover the towel, indicating the color faded upon first contact with water. I have notified William Sonoma and have requested a refund for the towels. I am awaiting word from William Sonoma. If I receive a refund, I will buy towels from another outlet. I cannot imagine why these towels are being sold.

Do not buy a La Cornue oven from William Sonoma. I paid over $10,000 for mine and the oven has not worked in over a year.Impossible to get parts. Service is non-existant. Because it is 8 years old they say there is nothing they can do. Who pays that much for an oven and expects it to last only 8 years? I am stuck with this heavy, expensive stove that doesn’t work and no way to get it fixed.

Did Not Received Full Refund

Spoke with a W.S. customer service rep on 12/2/2020 prior to ordering an All-Clad waffle iron and was assured it would be at it's destination by Christmas.One week later I received an email saying it would arrive 12/29/2020. I figured since it was Christmas time in addition to covid problems the new date was understandable. It was a daily routine of mine to check the shipping status. Always the same "Not Shipped". A few days prior to the 29th I called W.S. customer service realizing it would not arrive. The service rep had no answer and said she would "give All-Clad a "nudge" to get a shipping date. A couple of days later I received an email saying it would arrive by Jan 6th. Same scenario as above. Never made it by the 6th. Called again and was told by customer service that All-Clad never acknowledged any W.S. inquiries which they were supposed to do within 10 days. I cancelled the order around the 10th of January. I received an email from W.S. saying the new delivery date would be Jan 29th. I again called W.S. and was told the order was cancelled but not acknowledged again by All-Clad. All-Clad would be shipping direct to the recipient. W.S. again cancelled the order. W.S. charged my credit card and the waffle iron was delivered on Jan. 29th. It was returned but W.S. would not refund what they said was the shipping cost. I went out to the All-Clad website and saw I qualified for 'free shipping'. W.S. added a shipping charge to my invoice when there wasn't one. Then refused to refund me the shipping amount. That is fraud and dishonest. The waffle iron was returned because I had found the exact same model at Crater & Barrel, ordered it approx. Jan 19th and it was delivered 5 days later without a shipping charge. If W.S. chooses to investigate the multitude of problems they can contact me and I will provide an order # but chances of that are slim to none. I will never do business with Williams Sonoma again nor will I ever purchase an All-Clad (made in China) appliance.
