Willhaben tracks everything there is to possably track. Unfortunately, they are not able to track the people living in one family.As a result, our accounts have been blocked and they refuse to unblock them. Wonderful. I dont give a rats ass about what my daughter is selling nor do I want to see what my husband is bying. I jUst want to do my thing but apparently that is a crime. They lost us. Plenty of other websites and apps to get rid of my stuff. Never had any problems on vinted, shpock, ebay, mädchenflohmarkt, depop and so on. We made a change and I hope many will follow

No help against scammers

I was scamed on this buy&sell platform.
I contacted the willhaben and they said they can't do anything,that they were not responsible for what people selling.
And the last one: they did't even block that scammer seller.
Absolutely no support from this platform.
Be very careful when you buy something here, you are on your own risk!!! No one helps you!!!

Third time that Will haben say that the proof is not not enough to get refund and/or payment for theproduct.
Following:
* send conversations betwee buyer and me.
* send eplxanation.
* send videos and pictures.
And still nothing. What the heck does WH need?
One star, and If I would have -10 starts, I would do.
Moving to Shpock and alternative services. I recommend the same. As soona s there is no problem with buyers, everything is fine (Willhaben does not much here), BUT whenever you have an issue, then you are in trouble as WH won't trust your criteria, even if sending conversations, explanations, pictures and videos.
