Ordered Custard Monster Blueberry, received Jam Monster Blueberry. Contacted customer service,received a gift card for the amount of the mistake. Had to pay for shipping of the correct item, no big deal right? They sent the same wrong item, again. No answer from customer service/support this time. Its been three days. Shop elsewhere, this place sucks.

If I could give it a ZERO
I had a simple order. I placed the order March 13, 2021 with the understanding it would ship within (as noted when order was placed)5-7 business days. I have sent several emails. I did get a reply after noting the information given advised the order had been shipped. Tried calling and sending more emails (negative results). I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM Westcost vapesupply.

Made large personal vape order. Ad said shipped in 24-72 hrs. 12 days later, I received usps tracking info that my order was on the way to the post office in California.Horrible service. Only ordered there because a specific flavor wanted was available. Never again!

Unfortunately I’m in the same boat .?the money was deducted from my account and then I was told they cannot ship to New York.I’ve tried to text and email them since they do not give a number to call .I’ve had no responses and it’s three weeks now. I paid $75 for nothing. I will call my bank and have them credit me back as it was not an authorized payment

This company I have ordered thousands of dollars through them just recently back in March 26,2021 I placed $127 order I have contacted west coast vape supply multiple times through emails text messages everything that they ask to contact them through customer service. They replied: we have updated our shipping providers and the shipment has been shipped out. however this is the longest I have ever waited for a package. Even during the beginning of cover 19 and they had very few employees working. I am disgusted by this it’s very sad because I was a huge fan of this company and when I read other bad reviews I thought that was hogwash. I believe the next step is to turn to the Better Business Bureau.
The shipping provider they’re using is horrible. The website gives zero information.

This company used to be awesome but now they are awful. Ordered 15 bottle of juice 3/11/2021.I ordered 6 nic. They sent me 15 bottle of the wrong juice. I returned the order a week ago and they have still not sent me my correct order. I spent just under $200 and have NO JUICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY..THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL AND WILL NOT RETURN ANY CALL, Email or Text. *update—-they responded to me after I filed a complaint with BBB. smh
