I had a flight cancelled. Went through the refund procedure. Called them, filled in their refund forms back at the start of April.They said the refund would be in the next few days. I'm still waiting for the full refund of my flight.
I've been through their long, drawn out refund procedure and still have not got my money back. It's unacceptable and unprofessional.read more

Horrible customer service, I could not believe what I was seeing.
I was dennied check-in due to taking the government covid test (not private),which, I fully take responsibility for and do not blame the employees. All would've been fine, but the Vueling employees made this situation 100 times worse.
The first lady I met at the check in was rude from the get go, barely even aknowledged me, but then got even more rude when she realised I took the wrong test. She was so rude that I tried going to what appeared to be a supervisor, or at least higher in charge.
This, however, didn't make things better, because the lady also started being rude and condescending to me as soon as I approached. After a minute she literally walked away from me while I was talking to her to talk to her co-workers, and that really rubbed me the wrong way.
I was literally in tears at that point, asking what to do now and such, and the most I got was "if you don't have the test certificate I will not let you through". There were like 6 Vueling employees just talking and laughing to each other while I was panicking right in front of their eyes. I cannot fathom how can people work in customer service and be so negligent.
The only two helpful employees were the security guards (NOT Vueling employees), who told me about the testing service in the airport and possible alternatives. They even asked if there's anything they could do for me to make this easier, which was supposed to be the job of the Vueling employees.
I was so appalled with this experience, I did not know customer service can still be this bad in 2021. Certainly should be avoided. There is no value in a cheap flight if staff is going to humiliate you for facing a problem.read more

daylight robbery.. they changed my flight and cancelled it however they have refused to refund me mymoney and have suggested a flight credit which i do not want,I want my money back inorder to be able to book another flight..no access to customer service..do not book with this airlineread more

They stole my money. Had a flight in april 2020. Flight was cancelled. They kept my money.This is organizational culture.read more
