Después de más de 28 años nos hemos convertido en un referente del mercado, siendo la primera empresa inmobiliaria no promotora capaz de obtener los certificados de calidad de Madrid Excelente y la certificación de AENOR por la norma ISO 9001. Nuestra presencia es larga y notoria gracias a un espíritu de continua mejora, nuestras áreas comerciales, jurídico, marketing, etc, trabajan día a día para mejorar, estar a la última en sus respectivos ámbitos y así poder ofrecer el servicio mas avanzado y de mayor calidad del mercado. Nuestras áreas geográficas de especialización son los barrios de Salamanca, Chamartín, Chamberí, Centro y Retiro.

This is the third time I turn to Vivienda2 and it is as always a pleasure to work with them,very professional team, mastering the market and gives you very valuable advice especially for us that are not spanish and needs correct directions. So for this time, I would like to thank Sara, office of bravo murio, for her close followup of my rent, her valuable advices and for closing the case with such professionalism and always with big smile.
