Bad quality product. Contacted customer service right after reciving the parcel almost 3 weeks ago and no response.There is no other way to contact them but thru the website or by the form that you send via post. Also the return policy is 14 or 30 days (not clear) so I don't know if i am stuck with a bad productread more

Shopping and delivery went smooth. But one of the items ordered was broken and still, after 1 week,I haven't gotten any response from vidaXL. Not good.
Update: After my last review, which was 1-star only, they were quick to act. I got an e-mail with info on how to claim refund or new item. I choose new item. It was sent to me swiftly and all is now well. Too bad it took a bad review to get a reply...read more
