Some of the aspects (the dating coaching, stylist, photo lineup selection) are pretty good.I didn't like what they set me up with on writing my profile, but they're flexible in that and we worked together until we had something I was comfortable with, which I largely wrote myself. I also hated how comfortable they are with flat-out lying. They encourage you to lie about your age, height, salary, whatever. I brought up to them my discomfort and their response was "our studies show that saying you're taller than you are gets you better matches". That's probably true, but it's still lying. And ethics aside, if you show up to your date clearly shorter and balder than advertised, it won't go well.
Regardless the bread and butter, where most of your time and money will go, is the messaging. And the messaging isn't awful, but not great. Somewhere between mediocre and adequate, not what you'd expect for what you're paying. They mainly use cookie-cutter, everyone-gets-the-same messages. Which is fine, admittedly they're pretty good cookie-cutters, but past that the messages get really stale and boring, quickly devolve into boring small talk like what do you do for work, etc. Even if the woman's messages seem eager to date, they'll continue making small talk until she gets bored and ignores. And even worse, they don't message quickly enough to keep interest...or in some cases, at all. Ignore some matches, even when the apps only give a finite time window. I lost a few matches due to their inaction. I cannot emphasize this point enough: after hiring the so-called experts, I did *worse* on the apps, across the board, than when I took care of it myself. Both before and after. I'm not a professional dating expert or writer. But I'm better at it than they are.
If you Google something like "online dating profile help" or "online dating stylist" you can find other firms that will do the same thing in setting up your profile/preparing you for dates for much cheaper. The only unique add they have I haven't seen elsewhere is the messaging on your behalf...which as mentioned isn't the worst thing ever but not worth the hefty investment. Unless you're so busy, and so wealthy, that spending a thousand bucks/month to outsource your messaging to someone that's just okay sounds appealing to you, you're better off seeking help on your profile elsewhere and staying in charge of your own messages.

As the title says I had some Skepticism, but in a very short period, my matchmaker Tara Baldwin completely WOWed me.The process was very thorough and actually quite easy. She (and her team) helped me navigate through the sea of dating apps and prospects. She made it feel much more comfortable and like I had someone truly looking out for my best interest. I had the pleasure of working with the sweetest, most reliable and hardest working liaison--Francesca Wright.From the outset she was open, honest and direct. There was never a moment when she was too busy to answer an important question or even the simplest of questions.
Francesca took her time to explain the essentials of this unique dating site and enabled me to understand how a man my age would benefit greatly from the program as a whole. I was quite skeptical at first, simply because I have had several negative experiences previously with other personalized dating companies. Prior to launching my profile, Francesca perseverated over what I thought were unimportant details. She made sure my photos captured important aspects that spoke to my demeanor; furthermore she spent time with the actual ORDER in which she, and her team, believed these photos should be placed. Most important of all, she evaluated my personalized write-up and did not put it up on the site until both she and I were satisfied.

The woman, who now is seriously considering leaving her state and moving in with me, is absolutely gorgeous, classy, and intelligent. Francesca did not have to go to the extent that she did. It was clear to me from the start that she is genuinely interested in the well being of her clients and that it brings pure satisfaction for her to see results.
The company as a whole is also quite professional. I can truly say that they do not try to crush you with unnecessary fees and in fact, it has been my experience that VIDA is much more cost effective than their competitors. I have gone on many dates and without doubt this site will give you the best "bang for your buck."
I can not recommend this company to the full extent that it deserves, nor can I brag enough about the remarkable rep that put everything together and worked her tail off for me.
