I ordered a coat from here in an XS and I was sent an XL. I contact customer services and to make it awkward to return,they expect me to return it back to Poland. I’ve read other reviews saying they don’t refund people so they’ve deliberately made it impossible to return goods even though it’s their fault as they sent the wrong size but they’ve refused to refund me until they receive the goods. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I have registered a return for order 9515983941 on 17th December 2020 and it hasn't been refunded yet.I have tried to get in touch on various phone numbers and WhatsApp chat but no one picks up. I never expected to encounter this severe delay with my refund and the customer experience has been awful. I am very disappointed with the overall service as I've been a client for many years, and that was the first ( and last time!) when buying online from Vero Moda.

I have returned my parcel via Hermes on April 28th for parcel no P0688411 and I have tracked it and it has been delivered have not had no responses to my emails and whatsapp messages about the refund.I am very disappointed its been more than 3 working days since I emailed. I ordered from vero moda back in March 2021 and returned items on 9/4/2021, when I tracked my parcel it says delivered to the warehouse 12/4/2021.I have still not had any communication or confirmation from vero moda. I appreciate things are taking longe at the moment but I've emailed twice now and no response. Please can you tell me where my refund is!

I bought from this brand thinking that I would have no problems with my order or my returns. THINK AGAIN.I returned an item on the 14th March and I am still waiting for my own money to be refunded to me! I have received no acknowledgement to any of my emails or chaser emails and am seriously appalled that they would now start blaming this on Hermes. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Twice I have returned items and had to chase a refund. This time I can’t get hold of anybody and I am starting to think their returns are a scam.My order number is: 9517510963. Where is my refund???
It’s a shame as I have always loved Vero Moda clothes but wouldn’t dare order online again.
