I cant express the amount of time that their promotion has not worked,hours just waiting for someone to answer, cant stand speaking to them they are no help! when operating a retail shop the second something doesn't work it needs to be fix that moment, well, when you wait a day to speak to someone it dose not help. I follow the steps that thy tell me to do and still no fix, just the issue is that when you respond back they take another day.
The reporting is off.. and many glichest in the system when counting inventory , for small business is ok, but when you are a large enterprise, find a company that will provide you with support.
I spend hours trying to figure out the bugs on vend, I just want to pick up the phone and get help, but Instead I have to wait for a day to figure something out, and this happens every day!

Vend is very customizable and adaptable to suit a range of business types and models.There are a lot of great working features including generating specific reports and creating product variables and more. While there is still some room for expanding and tuning some features it is definitely a standout for POS solutions and the fact that they are constantly improving and adding to it to improve it is fantastic.

The POS is good. As far as inventory management goes, it's considerably inferior to the likes of Dear,Quickbooks Commerce, Unleashed, etc. Yes, it's cheaper, but that's the cost I guess. Support is slow to respond and seriously lack a sense of urgency.

After being using VEND for several years I couldn't be more satisfied with its performance and surprised for all the new features that their team implements regularly.This software has really help my business to perform better and have all the information I need to take decisions.
Whenever there's an issue (not many times I should say), their support team is very easy to reach to help us solving those issues.
Last but not least, It is worth saying, that during the difficult times we lived during 2020, the company stood by us, and support us not charging a single dollar while our stores were closed. Thanks for that!
