Yet again I have to put a review on to try and get answer to where my order is
My order number is VE7911050250.I ordered this the beginning of March it said delivery date of 17 March which then changed to 23 March which now has changed to processing
I wrote a review on here a few weeks ago they asked for my order number which I’ve gave and guess what your right a big gay nothing
You can’t get in touch with anyone apart from an automatic response which never changes
I have order last year from these yes delivery was slow but I could of walk and pick them up in the time it’s taking this year
I want a response to what is happening

The sizes are way off. The material is stitched uneven purchased a blouse from this company and when I got it, it didn't quite look like what I ordered. The Material was cheap looking. I ordered a size small and it looked like a size large. I could swim in it I contacted the company on this INFO I followed the steps to have the dress returned I got a quickly answered and my money was credited to my account This was the best experience I have ever had. Very stressful especially in the middle of a pandemic Never again do business here

If I was you, I'd NEVER order anything from the company Vencano. Sure the website looks good.Their clothes are cheap and once you purchase a garment from or shoes you will understand why their things are so cheap. That's if you Even ever receive your order at all. I've been waiting for an order for a month. The tracking number still says the order isn't in their system. You really have no way to contact them either. On their deceptive website, they show " customer service" " contact us" when you hit that button, it brings you to a page w/ frequently asked questions. That's it. No way to speak to them or online chat, no anything. I keep asking for my money refunded. This company takes your money and then your in the dark waiting and waiting for your order to come, then it doesn't come and they don't respond or give you a refund. They are crooks.

I would NEVER order from these people. I ordered an item on 3/14/21.The customer service guy I called said the item was out of stock and they have no idea when it will be in stock. I said I don’t understand why you would let someone order items when they are not in stock. The guy proceeded to call me a f****** b****. I am so glad I didn’t give them my bank account information and used a gift card instead. This place is a scam and needs to be reported!!
