Hair serum doesn't work & money back guarantee is a scam!

I used their hair serum for 3 months as advised and did not see any effect. It also made my hair feel greasy.I then tried to make use of the advertised money back guarantee and emailed them 2x over the course of 2 weeks but never heard back from them. Total scam, will certainly avoid going forward.

I’m sure I’m not the only one that complains about the quality of their products.
First of all,the order took forever to ship and so when I decided to cancel it, they finally shipped it out (LOL, I felt like even when I wanted to go ahead and cancel it they wouldn’t let me).
Then, let’s talk about how it doesn’t work. I was using Phylo serums before I started using Vegamour, and the only thing I changed after I ran out of the Phylo serums was Vegamour. Before my hair wasn’t losing so much, just sometimes very little. But I wanted growth so I wanted to try Vegamour. Well guess what? After 3 months, my hair has been falling as much as it used to before Phylo!!! I even bought satin pillow cases to make sure the serums work the best they can. But like I said, they’re working against what they claim to do (LOL).
Finally, the company markets that the serums themselves should show results within 3 months or money back guaranteed. Obviously, nobody should shampoo everyday, and one bottle doesn’t even last you 1 month if used according to instructions and if you wash your hair 2-3 times a week. So if they only allow you 90 days to return the products and supposedly it would show results within 8 weeks according to their claims, it’s not fair for customers because we’re supposed to use it 3 months. You know if they’re so confident their products work, they should be able to refund you without making you have to go through the time and effort of switching your routine for 3 months and pay for a refund shipping fee!

i placed an order on 1st Feb 2021 and still havent received my order. the tracking information claims the parcel is untraceable.i have contacted vegamour but they have stopped responding, they have not sent a replacement or refund. DO NOT FLUSH YOUR MONEY AWAY. they pay influencers for marketing but dont care about customers at all

Can’t cancel subscription - shady!

Shipping is extremely slow and they make it very difficult to cancel the subscription.Marketing materials state you can cancel any time by going online or calling customer service. However, when you go online to cancel it redirects you to call customer service. After a recorded message saying all deliveries will be delayed, you listen to music for a few minutes and the line disconnects. Very shady business practices- stay away!

Not a scam I've received my order in London just took a while.
I've ordered the hair serum on the 11th of January and received today (the 17th of February)after 2 days that I placed my order I was provided with a tracking number however had to chase twice as it wasn't updating but they did reply within 48 hours. I did not have to pay anything customs fee related once it arrived here in the UK.
Can't vouch for the product but wanted to give reassurance that they do deliver you just need to be patient.
