I booked a surprise 2 hour massage for my partners birthday. We moved meetings around to make the timing work and he was so excited.Only 2 hours before the booking I got an automated email telling me they had to cancel the appointment. No apology. No call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Only when I reached out to them did they give me some generic response that the therapist had to cancel for personal reasons, that they didn’t want to find the replacement therapist, and that they could give me a refund if I wanted but the £100 I paid was in credits on my account so I could book again. AS IF.
No consideration for their customers. Terrible service. Cannot be relied upon to follow through with your appointment and give no reason as to why.read more
