When I ordered contacts, they kept going random places. They made it to my city finally,but it said "insufficient address" even though the address I put in was 100% correct. It made its way back to random places, made it back to my country, then a city in my state, then Texas for some reason, and it keeps going to who knows where. I've emailed customer service twice and yet no help. It's been three months and I still haven't got them.read more

they responded to my emails quickly and helped me with problems on the app but the actual lenses i bought are truthfully very bad.they were supposed to be more natural buts till give color and they do not show up at all which was sad and did not match with the pictures shown of the products.read more

I bought 2 pairs of lenses from here, pink and light brown, can't remember the names now,buuuut this was almost the beginning of Covid. For some reason my go to contact site wasn't accepting orders from the US but this one was. So I tried it, the pink ones were ok, a little harder than usual, but the light brown ones were better, a little too much. They kinda tore, they were VERY flexible and breathable, but it may have been because I like to abuse contacts. Maybe great for short-term, not good for long.

I love UNIQSO! I have very poor eyesight, so being able to purchase colored contacts with my prescription is a game changer!Their website makes it easy to see which contacts you can purchase with the prescription, and you can even filter for your BC!
Love the selection of contact colors and styles available, and delivery was fast and properly updating with a tracker throughout the whole delivery. They even threw in an extra pair of contacts for me! YAY!read more
