My CIVIL RIGHTS ARE BEING DENIED REGULARLY

As a Disabled person I am being Discriminated regularly and harassed not only by United HealthCare but by the UHC Omaha Employees in the Omaha,Nebraska Office who specifically force me to talk to exact family members of a former landlord who violently assaulted me-still stalks me- who burned down my home and tried to kill me. Additionally ALL of my medical records and every single phone call goes to a 12 yr old Jasmine who says, " I already talked to you"-EVERY PHONE CALL I MAKE to all these UHC 1-800 #s goes straight to Jasmine she does nothing. If I try to file a UHC Complaint-they harass me even more and more -- so as to escalate the phone call-On Purpose. This UHC regularly verbally ABUSES ME ON PURPOSE. They have harassed me on a daily repeated basis since January. UHC flat out harasses me on purpose. They refuse to follow Dentists Referrals for me to get a tooth removed. Refuse to send me my OTC card with $600. They Refuse to assign a Navigator to help me find a Primary Care Doctor. U HC is regularly destroying MY LIFE!
UHC is Forcing me to talk to those exact family members who I am a Victim of Violent CRIMES DONE TO ME BY THAT SPECIFIC FAMILY. I SHOULD NOT HAVE EVERY SINGLE PHONE CALL GO TO THAT FAMILY. WHAT IS BEING DONE TO ME IS HIGHLY DISCRIMINATORY. MY CIVIL RIGHTS ARE BEING VIOLATED BY UHC AND HERE IN THE TOWN WHERE I LIVE. UHC HAS PURPOSELY CAUSED ME SEVERE STRESS AND PAIN ON PURPOSE. Since Sept 2019 I've used the same out-of-network Behavioral Health provider for twice-monthly visits.I used to mail in the claims, then asked if I could fax in for speedier service. For the most part, I waited 4-6 weeks to get paid as the subscriber. Six months ago, I had to follow up on the status (which had become a regular necessity) only to be told that the provider (same one) wasn't authorized. After going through hoops to get this issue resolved, I was told that claims were pending, awaiting proof of payment. I had never been asked for this at all in writing, by email or phone call. I told them I hadn't paid the provider because I was waiting for payment by UHC. After numerous phone calls, interminable waiting and hang-ups, I asked if the provider could be paid directly. One person told me yes, and she'd resubmit the claim that way - which delayed the process by another several weeks. Next time I followed up, I was told that out-of-network providers could not be paid directly, but that I would have to provide proof of payment. My provider dummied up a paid receipt to get this moving along. Set the process back again by several weeks. My next call was elevated to a "specialist" who promised "priority handling" within five days. Eight days later, and the claims are "still in process." When I asked what that meant, fifth rep I spoke to couldn't answer or explain. So my claims - submitted and received by UHC on 2/8/2021 are still open almost three months later with no sign of payment in the near future.
I have told every person I spoke to that I will not renew with UHC at the next enrollment, and I will give them a bad review here, on FaceBook, on all social media. I'm sure my claims happened to fall into the nearest waste basket after I said that.

Great Benefit Emulators (See The Rainmaker novel/film). Mircromanaging my treatment plan and denying the prescribed meds because of the price alone.
Despite the expertise of my specialists,after 3 years on the right combination of meds, Great Benefit, I mean UHC, wants me to try cheaper therapies that we have already tried without success. My health is clearly not their concern, just the cost of my health.
Customer service reps: it's always a different dept that must handle some other detail, an endless wait to be transferred and an accidental disconnection during the transfer. Every time I call.read more

I switched plans from an United Healthcare to an United Heslthcare/AARP. The previous plan paid part of the cost of fillings and crowns; however,the new plan, even though it pays up to $1000.00 per year, does not cover these items. This was not disclosed to me. The irony is the plan will pay for part of a root canal, which I would never get. This new plan by United Healthcare/AARP is a disgrace; furthermore, I feel the company did not provide the information in an upfront manner. Shame on United Healthcare/AARP. Terrible product. I’ll be switching companies when it comes time for enrollment.read more
