I was physically aggressed

The 7th of July I was physically aggressed during a flight, yes not a big deal, no blood etc.. but anyway,someone put their full hand on my face and pushed me (after several insults). Now, after this shocking fact, where 1 hostess and at least and 10 passengers were witnesses ( I have still full contacts and support) I have asked the intervention of the police for when we had to go out from the flight in order to make sure that I could denounce the person after. But today, I had a shocking announcement who blocked me in Malaga and made me loose time and money: Tuifly, without any communication by email before, decided that I WAS the aggressor and that I do not deserve to travel with them. How this can happen? How this situation turns against me? How can they leave me without communication? How can I defend myself from this abuse? More info: Amina Tailouti LinkedIn

Good prices, staff ok (but sometimes not very professional), comfort ok... Biggest problem for me: the schedule > flights planned at 5 AM..why!? It's very frustrating

My flight was canceled, which I can perfectly understand. Once back, because of the law CE nº 261/2004 I am supposed to receive 400€.I have get in touch with them via email, they were answering me. After two months without receiving my money, I have got in touch with them several times in the email and in Facebook, and they are not answering me anymore. I can understand everything, but not answering when they are reading my emails and messages om Facebook is disrespectful.

3 MONTHS AND NO REFUND YET

My flight was cancelled and nobody bothered to advise the online travel agency I used.It happened the 11th of October 2019 (Milano - Casablanca) and AFTER 3 MONTHS I STILL HAVE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND. Both Airhelp and Volagratis are telling me the company does not get back to them. Terrible experience, I am not sure I will ever get my money back.

After cancelling the flight at the last minute, the Tui Fly company didn't gave us any explanation.After calling the client number (3 minutes of line costed me 9€) the told me to write an email to their After sales adress to get a refounding. 2 months are past now and I HAVE NOT BEEN ANSWERD YET.
