Tucows is a web host domain site that allows criminals to use thier services, after 3 complaints to Tucows they have not responded to me,it is quite evident that thier silence is acquiescence, fraud, and guilt !! this Tucows is letting slushpush.com use thier web host to ripp-off and scam people !!! I have complained to numerous agencies already reporting this cryptocurrency scammer and hope to get them shut down, Tucows is aiding and abetting this criminal website willingly !!!! and I will keep posting complaints until i get results, this "SlushPush" mining website is clearly a CRIMINAL SCAM !!. Tucows claims they only provide registration,,,,, well then why dont they remove the registration after knowing about this website being a scammer? are they being paid off ? or is thier website ? what the fuc are they hiding >? Certainly they should investigate criminals that are "registered" on thier service. theres a certain link with info shows slushpush is registered in new york and not ontario, so that doesnt make any sence either

tucows is favoring hijackers!! Criminals hijacking domain names and register them in tucows,and tucows refuse to provide real domain name owners with information replying that they are not Judges. Shame on you tucows, and yes I don't capitalize name of the company who has no respect for customers.

Tucows has kept my domain, after Shopify shut down my store I was still in the process of building.I cannot get back my domain name. I bought it through Shopify but now know it is Tucows that owns it. They say I can buy it back at the end of the year of registration but I am wondering, is this a high value domain? Did Shopify shut me down to steal my domain? They are horrible. DO NOT buy from them and stay away from Shopify e-commerce! I am consulting a lawyer.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received from Tucows Domains.
P@ul K was extremely rude,unhelpful and unprofessional in the approach to my query.
Tucows is an ICANN approved registrar, therefore, they must uphold to certain rules and regulations such as dealing with malware reports, spam, phishing, copyright infringement and trademark infringement. The domain registrars must comply to these standard rules and regulations.
I have dealt with many different domain registrars such as GoDaddy (being the BEST), xneelo (also excellent), Google domains, etc. And NEVER have I had any issues with these companies when dealing with these standard compliance measures.
I was interested in a domain that had been registered with Tucows and the reseller has been cybersquatting and using this domain as a way to scheme money out of people. I believe that it is fair to sell a domain you own, makes perfect sense, in fact. However, it is not fair to practically hold people to ransom for a domain name that you are selling for 300 000 dollars! That's insane! It's against the law and has been termed, "cybersquatting" - the domain isn't being used at all, apart from being advertised for sale. The domain is the exact name that is my registered business; and when spoken to Tucows regarding this matter, Mr P@ul was extremely rude and unhelpful. There is no need to be rude and dismissive, especially when the terms and conditions of Tucows Domains are CLEARLY outlined on their website.
P@ul just dismissed my issue by saying that it's not their job to deal with these kinds of issues.
OKAY P@UL, sure.
Well then why on earth is Tucows even registered with ICANN if they don't comply with their policies?
He said, and I quote;
"You asked, and I answered. Tucows is not a trier of fact" - right then, why does it say that Tucows will handle any infringement on trademarks, copyright or intellectual property? And why does it say that Tucows will handle any abuse of domain names; which in the case of the ICANN policies state that cybersquatting is considered abuse.
TELL ME NOW P@UL.
Basically, in a nutshell;
This company deals with things in an extremely unprofessional and unhelpful manner. They do not follow the ICANN policies that they are bound to, by being domain registrars and they are downright shady by allowing people to abuse their domains.
They do not deserve to be licensed as domain registrars when compared to GoDaddy, and the likes.
Very disappointing but I'm glad I now know NOT to deal with this company again!

Absolutely stay away from this terrible useless company who ignores multiple requests from my domain host to enable me to transfer my domain away from Tucows.They are crooks! No customer service. No way to contact them. They take your money and you have no control over your own domain. They should be put out of business.
