I’m writing this with you as I ordered my snow teeth whitening kit over a month ago and it still hasnot arrived. I contacted Snow several times on numerous occasions complaining that my product had not been delivered or shipped. I think it’s a bit of a scam to be honest because when I first purchased the teeth whitening kit instead of getting a confirmation email back I’ve got an email back saying they’re apologising for how late my snow kit was going to be I found that baffling as I just purchased it. I would not encourage anyone to purchase this as for some reason the customer service team are incredibly on helpful and they told me that I should check with the post office and that I should fill out a claim form. I notified them that Royal mail never had their item at any time and that I didn’t see the point in filling out the form although I did it I’m absolutely disgusted with this company and the way they’ve treated me buyer beware

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My mouthpiece stopped working after a short amount of time. Emailed,phoned and sent messages via social media to company. No one answers their phone lines, no one returns email and they will delete your comments on their social media. This company is a SCAM. There is no honour of a supposed “5 YEAR WARRANTY”. They take your money and run. Plus, all the followers on their Instagram are fake and are BOTS. Do yourself a favour and save your money. There are better products out there for a fraction of the price with actual customer service.

OMG! This is the best product EVER! I have been using bleach for my teeth for years and my teeth were so sensitive and my gums were blistered after each use.Snow worked SO fast, my teeth are so many shades whiter AND it doesn’t hurt!!!! I can’t say enough great things about Snow Teeth Whitening!

I have been using this product since December. It's amazing. I have noticed a HUGE difference.I have to say the customer service is amazing. I had an issue with my mouthpiece, and Zach answered my email immediately. To my surprise, they have sent a replacement device out to me. Thanks Again guys. I'm a customer for life. Now of you could just expand into having a warehouse here in Canada that would be Amazing lol. Keep up the great service.

Didn't get items & garbage service.

Ordered 1 year supply of whitening and LED light with mouthpiece. Got the whitening sticks,which took about 4 weeks, and did not get the mouthpiece. Emailed service and spoke with Zach, who is extremely unprofessional and rude, to say the least. Asked when I should receive my mouthpiece 14 days ago, and was promised it would be sent out in a week. 1 week later, still don't have any tracking information for this item. I have sent numerous follow-up emails, and still have no response. Requested a return and refund instead due to the inconvenience, and was advised that I would get a 15% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from my refund automatically. Never have I ever heard of this, let alone the fact that this is completely out of my control, and shouldn't have to wait months on end for my order to be completed. As I haven't been getting anywhere, I sent this similar message to their reviews on facebook, which has been removed. Note, if you try and look at customer reviews, there are none, apparently. As this was deleted, I attempted to write to them on one of their advertisements on facebook. This was removed and I am blocked from commenting further. I have though, been able to write my comments on their Instagram, which was about a month ago, and they have replied to other's questions, but haven't bothered to acknowledge mine. Please don't give yourself the headache with ordering from them. This is a nightmare, and also feels like a scam. Just go anywhere else. I have read many reviews from their competitors, and clearly shows many have the same frustrations with this company and have gone elsewhere, for the same results and a fraction of the price.
