I love everything about triplebyte. the initial quiz isn't just a technical quiz, it includes some questions with multiple viable solution that depend on your personality as a programmer.I believe these questions help triplebyte identify companies where I'm actually a good fit. I landed a software engineering job with Apple at the end of this. triplebyte introduced me to a company and team that wasn't on my radar and turned out to be an excellent fit! the virtual video chat interview conducted by the triplebyte representative was very professional. They conducted the interview like a fighter pilot, clean, fast and staying on the mission of thoroughly evaluating my strengths and simply moving past things where I lacked proficiency. I highly recommend Triplebyte. I've known about it for years and I'm happy the time was right in my career to give them a chance. As someone who has been in the software industry for 20 years and have participated in hundreds of interviews on both sides of the table,I cannot recommend Triplebyte's candidate evaluation process strongly enough. The ability for candidates to focus on a track and then prove their mettle through coding exercises and interviews is a great codification/standardization of much of the technical screening and testing that companies must do to vet applicants. Add this with a push for salary transparency and a pretty solid user experience, I think a Triplebyte profile should be a part of every software engineer's credentialing.
