This is a scam. I lost time and money with this company and i do not recommend this company.I wish i should have listen to others more carefully. Native speakers review is a total bull sh+t. Not even space between words are accurate and i had to do all over corrections. Even the most obvious words were just a copy paste from google 1:1. no way that anyone qualified has made any correction. No words to express my disappointment.. I must ask if the good reviews here are actually from their translators themselves :(
edited after reply: i already lost time and money working with you and i dont think i want to waste more time discussing. I have already asked your company to provide me an actually human translated / review version which is no differnt and just emailing and nice words doesnt change the fact that your delivered work is not usable for paying lot of money.

My girlfriend needs to translate her diploma and grades to apply for an official certify from her country to can homologate her diploma here.From Russian to Spanish in this case.
Being a so much important documents that need to be 100% precise for homologations, we decide to choose the Premium fee, which they say that it is translated by a native translator, revised by a specialist and then revised again by a project manager.
They are fast, but the first version had so much obvious errors that we need to ask for translation remade. The second version we tried to use to obtain the certification, but a Russian worker at Russian consulate see so much errors in the translation that he doesn’t give her the certification of the documents.
We asked again to fix the problems at the document and we even mark the errors that the Russian’s consulate worker told us. We receive a new translation that even fixing these errors, it was with more errors that weren’t in the translation before!
We asked again to fix the translation, this time seems almost all correct, only they translated two different pair of subjects as the same. We marked these subjects and we asked them to fix this and this time they send a new translation with only one of the pair subjects corrected and the other pair without change. We even search at RAE, the official Spanish dictionary, the correct terminology for in case it doesn’t exist in Spanish… but it exists (and even it’s almost identical in Russian and Spanish!).
And I have to add that they don’t fulfill their contract, the web states very clearly that the premium translate is made by a native, but we know for the documents that it was translated by an Ukrainian translator, and we know perfectly that native translator means that the original translator has to be native of the destination language, in this case Spanish. And I will want to add that I doubt that it was revised by an specialist, because some of the errors made were not only in the name of my partner, they were made in very basic words that even me and a Russian man that is not a native from Spain can find.
Sorry for my bad English, it’s not my native language, but I hope this review helps people to avoid other people to lose their time and money with this unprofessional company.
