Tiffany’s customer service has really gone down hill. The staff is a downgrade and seem to be hiring people with no customer service experience.They don’t value the customer anymore. I came in to purchase a piece and I brought my jewelry as I always have for the complimentary cleaning. They said the new rule due to Covid is to make an appointment online so I had to come back a second time for the appt for a cleaning. When I arrived they made me wait 30 minutes. If you are going to make people wait then don’t make them set an appointment. They also would only allow 5 pieces cleaned so now I am being punished for buying more pieces than they allow.

Absolutely awful customer service. I put in an official complaint as they were meant to service my watch.They took it, and sent it back exactly the same, they did absolutely nothing, and I complained, I asked for this to be made into formal complaint, and they just stopped responding to me, I contacted the facebook page, they apologized and said someone would get back to me. 2 and a half months later, nothing and they haven't refunded my money, or advised me what their complaints process is. They just take you money and then ignore you in the hope you just go away.

Awful customer service!!!! Bought a necklace that did not arrive and they apparently investigated andreplied they are not able to provide with a replacement or a refund though initially saying they already sent a replacement of the item. A total waste of money...I need to go further now in order to get my money back. Never again from this company as the delivery sounds to be your problem, not theirs!

Whole Brand is just a JOKE! I cant believe how shocking this company/brand as a whole!!!Their prices are sky high & the products are quite frankly shocking & very poor quality. My first item i was bought was a bracelet, the clasp broke somehow, it fell off and obviously i never saw it again! I took the blame for this and accepted it and still returned back to Tiffany as i wanted some earrings & a necklace. The earrings are just a shower of S**T - i opened my box on Christmas day morning to a pair of Scuffed Earrings covered in black marks - not acceptable for almost £200!!! Tiffany accepted this, i had to send them back so they could 'assess' them and they sent me another pair. We are now four months down the line and one of my earrings is completely black on the back yet the other one is fine? How does this even happen? AGAIN i complain to tiffany and they expect me to go out my way, send them back AGAIN so they can 'assess' them and then they will let me know further. I personally dont see why i should be without them again for another week or so when its completely their fault. I will add Tiffany have not apologised once. I will not be recommending & will not be using them again.

Tiffany at Westfield London - bad experience. Booked an appt & they knew the choices of items I wanted to try.On arrival, they only brought out 3 of the 7 items requested. The 3 most expensive! She thought I was naive clearly. She claimed the others were out of stock (saying ‘ I don’t think we even make those anymore’) When I said I would buy online instead, suddenly she tried again & ‘miraculously’ found one! It was a total scam, so blatant & rude. She kept popping away to talk to the other staff, I felt like I was being played. I was the only customer (not surprised now!). I had an impression of what Tiffany would be like... it’s not. No service with a smile. She wasn’t interested, Other than in the commission. You get better treatment & service at a market stall. It was really disappointing. A really tacky experience!

Tiffany eternity rings not made to last more than a year!

I had a truly awful experience with Tiffany, Bond Street / Sloane Square customer services.My husband bought me eternity rings (around £1,500 each) for each of my children, two of the three rings I have never worn because the stones fell out. Tiffany refused to accept the rings were faulty and made me feel it was my fault because I wanted to wear regularly and asked for hundreds of pounds to repair, even though the stones fell out after about a year with both rings. They still sit unworn in their little blue boxes, We really regret buying from Tiffany, wasted over £3,000 of our money and the pleasure of wearing them as a symbol and celebration of our children's lives.

This iconic American jewelry company is what every girl / woman wants to own .., ? I was at their Flagship store on 5th Avenue ,right next to Trump Towers !! Tough the security was tight , I got to go inside & wander around ! The ladies there was so gracious & even helped me snap some pictures with the blue box like Audrey Hepburn in “ Breakfast At Tiffany’s “ Made me feel like a Princess even if it was just for a few minutes! ? Lingered around to absorb it all & learn the history of this beautiful company ❤️ My daughter is a big fan of Tiffany’s ! Her husband & her , make their special moments even more memorable at Tiffany’s in The Domain at Austin , Texas USA ???❤️??? Thank you Tiffany’s sales team for being so gracious & kind ... Namaste ??

Do not buy t&Co!

Have always been a fan of the little blue box gifts...however, last time I got a gift from T&Co.I was extremely disappointed with the quality of it. My husband bought me a letter charm less than 1.5yrs ago. I have worn it a handful of times and always take care of it (no showers with it, no products such as skincare, etc on it) and its really upsetting to see how it has tarnished really badly. This actually happened within weeks of getting it. I called T&Co and alerted them of my concern. They sent me a new charm l, made me return the original and this new one has done the same thing or worse. Never again buying T&Co. their customer service was also subpar. What a shame.
