The best customer support ever. Unfortunately my hoodie arrived with a small untidy spot.I wrote to customer support in the middle of a night and received solution at once. I received incredible help from Alex when my tracksuit had an issue after washing it.I reached out to the Pangaia and Alex replied to me really quickly, and resolved the issue by sending me a replacement. It arrived a couple of days after the initial communication and I was so impressed as to how quickly the issue was dealt with, and how generous the resolution was. I will continue to shop from the Pangaia frequently knowing that the quality is always excellent and in the one case when I had an issue, knowing that they will resolve it super quickly and with generosity and care for their customers.
