As far as online retailers go TheIconic are worth giving a go. Only a couple of purchases made from them have disappointed.One being a cotton knitted pullover which I just didn't like and never took advantage of their return policy. It really was a personal preference, otherwise it was fine.
The other which I am a bit peeved with are the Double Oak Mills shoes. I would have liked to leave a review, unfortunately there is no option on these to do so. This is suspicious, because you're usually able to do so on other products.
The Double Oak Mills Nicholas Leather Derby should be avoided. Of all items I have bought on the TheIconic they are terrible and even for the price regret having purchased them. It is like wearing a piece of villaboard on your feet. They look ok but could not be classed as a shoe, I've never had anything like them on my feet to compare. They are not shoes??? Again, unfortunately I wore them and kept wearing them in the hope they 'break in', but no, there is no breaking in those cloppers.read more

I am based in NZ. I have placed at least four orders with this website between 2016 and 2021.I have never had any issues with product quality or with delivery wait times. This site is safe and legit.read more
Poor Service and Insulting Treatment

I ordered two items and was puzzled when only one was delivered. I know the Iconic have differentsuppliers but days and days passed and I couldn’t find reference to the missing item’s being sent at all in my email records.
On checking my orders on the website I found that the missing item had ‘Refunded’ marked. I contacted them to find out what was going on and received a garbled, incoherent, apologetic response which did not even address the issue. I messaged them again for a reply in clear English and found that my item was not going to be delivered, they were sorry but they did not have it in stock and were sorry they hadn’t emailed me to tell me and would l like a 25% off voucher toward my next purchase to remedy my lost trust in the store? The voucher had 7 days on it.
To say I’m insulted would be an understatement. They made no effort to contact me to let me know my item was not being delivered THEN offer me a voucher which I could only use within 7 days. This is what I call holding your customers – without whom your business wouldn’t exist – in sheer contempt.read more

Sooooo unhelpful.
Same issues as everyone else. Poor shipping experience and very poor customer service.Incredibly unhelpful, changing their advice every couple of days with no positive outcome. It felt like they just couldn't be bothered reshipping my items to the correct address after telling me they could, several times.read more

I’ve had generally alright experience. Except the last few times. A total of 3 orders were made around the same time.1. Some orders placed are sent from their supplier. I received the incorrect items and sent that right back to iconic. I even detailed what item it was to their team. I was not issued a refund on it and had to email them to ask for that.
2. Ordered another 2 orders around the same time, sent the items back and was only to be issued a partial refund on my some of items when I sent them all back in the same bag.... messaged the team and they had to liaise with their fulfilment team (warehouse lol). It was no help. They can’t locate the items, but I knew I clearly packed them in their plastic and then in their postage bag and sent them back. Told me to stop emailing because they refunded my point above at 1. out of goodwill (when THEIR SUPPLIERS SENT ME THE WRONG ITEMS AND I sent the items back).... I lost about $200 for nothing. If anyone is dealing with Martha and TheIconic know they have no idea what goes on in their warehouse.read more

ive been shopping at the iconic for ages and i would say its the most reliable quickest place to shop apart from princess polly.items arrive quickly and so do refunds if you need to return. it's just more on the expensive side than other websites i usually look atread more
