So After 6 years, I want to leave Telenor as their employee in the Esbjerg store gave me wrong infoand they said that I will receive a new phone but they sent me a refurbished phone which seems comes from the trash bin. Finally, only said sorry for the wrong info and enjoy with your trash phone so they got my new phone and returned a trash phone. Be careful most employees are not trained.

I am not their customer and won't become either. I just got a call from their sales department in Danish,and when I started to speak in English the guy just hang up on me. Then I called the customer service to give them a feedback about it. The answer was "maybe it's just system failure". I said I don't think, but it's fine, I just wanted to give a feedback to help you sales department. But this guy wasn't so trilled about it either, and thanked me bored sounding like "who cares". Also when I called the customer service i choose the button to speak English and then the guy who picked it up started to speak Danish anyway. I mean it might not have been his failure but the set up, still these were REALLY unpleasant conversations.
