I gave one star only cos comment.Swiss airlines are so afwul.And service is horrible.I try to managetoday my tickets.I did only half.First they crashed the phone,then other was to lazy for ither two tickets and he crashed the phone too then I sended mail and they told me I can not do it.I think somebody torture them when they react like that obviously.read more

Swiss has become an airline to be avoided at any cost. That is what I will be doing for sure in the future.I have never experienced worse client services. Customer service is basically inexistent. Their employees put either the phone down on you or just pretend to be clarifying and put you on the wait for 20 minutes or longer and never come back. Inacceptable! Clearly they have no interest or knowledge how to solve even the most simplest client requests. Just today I have spent almost an hour on the phone, which btw is charged at an very expensive rate , and was hang up on three times with no response! That is absolutely inacceptable. A few months ago they lost my luggage for more than 24 hrs, refused any compensation, for another flight cancelled by them I'm waiting for almost 3 months for a refund. JUST AVOID THEM! It will save you much trouble.read more

Nothing what it used to be in the past. Poor client service during booking / rebooking / reimbursement.Impossible to reach hotline after 21.00 o’clock (outsourced abroad), employees pick up and either hang up or put you on hold, for a veeeeeery long time. And then you receive a bill on your mobile for that lovely try and minutes of waiting for nothing.
No special treatment toward little passengers onboard as it used to be in the past.
The most annoying bit is that since the beginning of pandemic they don’t send you e-tickets right up until the day of departure putting it on the backlog in back office, but in fact, we booked flights months in advance and even then nothing came up until the date of travel although we called twice the hotline.
And here is the tricky thing, which I’m sure we are not the only victims of: we had to change the flight last autumn for a later date and since it was done on our initiative, we paid the fee and were confirmed the rebooking. That was completely fine, but then the funny thing happened: our newly rebooked flight was cancelled thru Swiss few weeks later, so we expected a reimbursement.... and we were refused one. Why? Because they only consider valid those bookings which contain issued e-tickets. And in spite of confirmation on the hotline that the ticket was rebooked, as we never received the ticket (the employer argued that Swiss can send it right up until an hour before departure time (what a nonsense!)), so we were refused the reimbursement for the flight which we effectively paid including rebooking fees. An absolute ripoff. We had to fight for weeks and weeks until finally managed to get an “exceptional ok” and money was paid back.
Had a personal experience with booking centre in Russia - nice people and could help after all. Probably the only people really greatful to in this company after dozens of calls on the hotline in CH. Although the experience with manager of Swiss representation at Moscow airport In August last year was really unpleasant. Rude, disconnected and customer-unfriendly.
And what a shame to once best airline in Europe.read more

We wanted to speak to one of their agents, so that we change one of our tickets. Due to the current covid situation,we felt a bit unsecured to travel and wanted to change my ticket (btw it was a flexible ticket). The agent was too rude on the phone and not helpful at all. We wanted to find a better alternative to the options we have been given and he was not helping us at all. All we wanted to understand, is the price difference of our tickets and he was refusing to provide us with more information. One of the worst agents I have ever spoken with. Next time, I will think twice before booking any ticket with Swiss. It is the second time that we are struggling dealing with your customer service, another rude behaviour from one of your agents and the second time that i lose money from your fault. Since you are recording the phone calls, you could even listen to the recordings and realise it yourselves. Very disappointed from a such a ¨ big ¨ company .read more

This airline is a thief, don't buy any tickets to fly with them.
In October 2020 Swiss unilaterally cancelled my flight,they told me they were going to refund me my money in 6 weeks, and it was only after several angry calls and emails that they gave me my refund 4 months later!!read more

Looked at a flight on my mobile and it was 70-. Downloaded the app to book it and the same flight turned 290-.Then I deleted the app and tried again in browser. Same flight 490-. Ridiculous!read more
