Appalling customer service, they don't care about you once they have your money. Item was never delivered,lost in transit by UPS. Supreme have not responded to one email and I have been forced to pursue a refund from UPS, which is a nightmare in itself! Legally, Supreme should have refunded me and then made their own claim from UPS. Months later I still have no item or a refund. Don't waste your money with this shambolic company. I will now have to try and get my money back via a credit card claim.

Extremely bad customer service. Ordered a sweater from Supreme and the sweater came without a logo.Contacted them, they said UPS will issue a return slip and I been chasing them for more than a month. Great stuff. Otherwise I ordered a cap from Supreme way back. The picture within the App shows a red label on a grey cap. I received a grey cap with a grey label. Contacted Supreme and they just sent me a return request form, asking me to return at my own cost.

Ordered £582 worth of merchandise from them. The items were not delivered, UPS had mislaid them.The items were returned to supreme. After tens of emails and hundreds of calls (only answered once) they eventually refunded me £128 out of the £582. It’s been over a month and I am still chasing. Supreme is supposedly a top end brand but they treat their customers like mugs. Palace skateboards have quality items and is just as exclusive. the service is miles better too.

Scammers.stay away. I made an order more than a month ago.after i received the order it was too smalland made a return the next day i received it.it has been a month since then,they have received the order back.and still i got no refund or email.they keel Not responding.until today That someone from Their customer service(after one month) told me this”Relax mate,you couldn’t sell?” Which was weird ,rude and inappropriate.they suggested i should sell my order? I now have to report the to paypal and the local authorities for scam and stealing both my money and my order. Please stay away from This store.worst service in history!
