Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They charged me 149$ for prime again for the whole year and they don't give refund because my prime wasn't canceled before the charge was made.So I explained I am not going to use this service at all but their policy states that no refund will be given after charge unless it was cancelled 24 hours before card has been charged. Its a total scam and stolen money from people.

Ruined one of my streams

I was midstream and I switched the stream view to a browser tab and it wouldn't locate the browser screen on Window Capture which was super annoying,It usually does. After I prioritized the Window Capture it made my game I was playing Blackscreen and it wouldn't work after trying to switch back from the nonworking Window capture, Nothing worked so I had to close and reset Streamlabs and that took my stream offline ultimately because their service glitched. I've used them for probably about 20 streams and not many issues but I do find myself resetting it often because of annoying bugs and glitches. Another glitch I often get is when I launch it for the first time of the day my audio doesn't work at all so I have to reset it gets pretty frustrating when you think you are doing something wrong but turns out its just a mid-tier software that works some of the time.

As many people have said, this company tricks people into signing up to a subscription without their knowledge or consent.I found that they had been taking $5.99 out my account every month without my knowledge for almost a year. I went back through my emails and found that it began 3 minutes after I had made a one-off donation to a DJ live session on Youtube I was listening to that night. I will be taking the matter up with Paypal. It's a shame that for showing my appreciation for independent music by donating (unlike many who just listen) I was duped. Does nothing to support live sessions or DJSs in these difficult times who are using Youtube donate ads to earn money as I will not be donating to people using streaming services again. In addition to being fleeced out of all that money I now have to find out how to cancel a subscription I have no contract for or confirmation of since I never knew it existed. The other reviews on here about problems trying to cancel suggest this will not be easy.

Terrible Customer Service

Refunds only allowed within 1 HOUR of purchase!!! I tried using Prime for one month.I didn't realize that it would auto-renew every month. I didn't use it much after the purchase and completely forgot about it. This morning at 6am I got a receipt for the $19 USD auto-renewal (I live in Canada so that's like $25 at least). I wasn't even awake when it happened. At 8am, I contacted customer service to explain that I would like a refund and cancellation of the subscription. They declined a refund because they only offer refunds within 1 HOUR of purchase!!! So I would have had to be awake and ready at 6 am in order to contact them within the hour to have it refunded. Their service rep was unhelpful and stated that I had "24 hours prior" to the renewal to cancel it. That's all fine and good but did I get a notification 24 hours in advance saying that my subscription was set to renew? NO. I will not be using this program again, and don't recommend anyone paying for it unless you KNOW you won't want a refund!

Scammers. In order to get a refund you have to request it within an HOUR. No legit company does this to people.Now I’m 149 short after requesting a refund within ten hours. Horrible customer service and scammers
