I placed an order worth £90, it was going to take 2 weeks to arrive-first bad point, secondly,they sent me an email saying it had been delivered. It was to be signed for, I was not in, the signature on the Royal Mail said “Xt” who is this?! It wasn’t me?! The item was never delivered I checked all neighbours bins etc nothing. I have sent numerous emails backwards and forwards and the only conclusion I got was that it had been delivered! So now I am £90 out of pocket and don’t have the items! This has been going on for a month and I am still getting nowhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY’RE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

I wish there was lower than a 1 star review. It really is such a shame because I love the clothes from Stradivarius,but the customer service is absolutely shambolic. I ordered some clothes back in mid-April and they still haven’t arrived a month later. When speaking with customer service they advised that ‘the reason for the delay was because of it the delivery option I chose’. I paid more to benefit from free delivery. So, in short, my order was put on the back burner and not prioritised because I had free delivery and when I chased I was told it was my fault. They also gave no resolutions or even sped up the process, it was only when I emailed a long complaint that I have now finally had my order dispatched. A month later. Do not use. Not worth the hassle.

Stradivarius doesn’t deserve even a star.I placed in order on 29.03.2021.I waited 2 weeks,nothing.Idid contact customer service by email I believe it took them nearly a week to reply and they told me is been a delay to my order.I have to contact them to find out it’s a delay,they didn’t bother to inform.I told them I don’t want the order anymore and I had to wait till now to get my money back and still didn’t receive my full refund,waiting for them to reply.Customer service is disgusting,they are not even willing to listen the customers and they are raising their voice .Very disrespectful and not helpful at all.

After lockdown I brought two dresses from Stratford branch London. Remember no fitting rooms because of covid.Got home and it doesn't fit went back 3 days later only to release I don't have receipt, I asked if I can exchange for the same dress different size , the manager who was very rude didn't even want to listen to me said no straight up,I was like I'm not even sure if ur staff give me a receipt she like sorry nothing I can do. I even told her it's on my bank statements I can show you. She was not interested in looking at it. I even said ur store open 4 days ago so you know it's only a few days plus you know it's not stolen because I have statement. She still rude and said no. So I asked for head office only to be given the wrong number not once but twice,in the end I googled a number it said zara but I explained to them what's happened and that the numbers are wrong and Zara and stradivarius are one company. But even they said no. I told them you prove to me she give the receipt but no reply. I said I can prove I paid. But still they said no. I can't believe it is so bad. I can't believe they say proof of purchase and i proofed it with a statement still no. They are a RIP off company. Never again . They never heard of good will exchange.

Bad sizing and I cannot seem to return anything

I ordered some shorts and a pair of pants for my mom a few days ago. Having read that the sizing runs small I purchased a size large for her even though she is medium.The pants were tiny, barely fitting me who usually gets a size small and it seems that returning them will be a nightmare! So far not a great experience and I am waiting on customer service to tell me how I can return them.
