They Cancelled Order after pushing back delivery 5 times

I placed an order for 1,000 rounds of 9mm; they were on back order understandable but before rush onammo...I called numerous times explaining I didn't want to cancel my order and they said they emailed me and required a response in April and they were entitled to cancel it per FTC rules if I didn't respond in time....crooks and dishonorable. Do NOT Do Business with them.

I’m not really sure why I bought from these guys but it took 3/4 of turkey season to get my new turkey vest.If I had ordered it from Amazon it would’ve cost the same and been here in two days. Customer service is less than satisfying to use text messaging what the hell?

Horrible. I bought ammo 3 months ago and only bought with 3 month membership to get ammo discount.4 months later still no ammo and was auto signed up to full year membership and still mo ammo. I purchase ammo from 2 other sites since and received within 2 weeks. They want to scam u into membership fee. this place is typical corp comp that screws its customers with lies. I will never buy from again once membership is up. Till then since cant get refund. Sportsman guide sucks

I ordered 2 outdoor rockers and when they arrived, both were damaged. I sent them back, when my refund came,Sportsmans Guide charged me for shipping! What a joke! I would have reordered them had I been issued a full refund! I guess they have to make money anyway they can, even ripping off customers!

Very disappointing. Purchased 3 guns from these guys. Had to wait an extended amount of time before I got them.Ordered a bunch of ammo for a great price only to find out that it was on back order. Then I had to wait for literally a year just to have it canceled without notification. I would have never known. I just checked and saw that it was canceled. Will not do business with this company again.

If i could leave zero stars i would. After making someone buy a membership to purchase something was nuts,but i did it anyway. i purchased a upper for a AR the first of january. Then within a week i gat a email saying its backordered, but wasnt a huge deal. In march i get another email saying its still backordered but if i wanted to cancel i could or if i didnt respond it would stay as it was. Then th middle of April came around and i inquired about it and they said because i did not respond that my order was canceled and could not be reinstated. With that being said i will never purchase anything from them and i will strongly encourage everyone else to do the same. Michael Fitzgerald
