I am new to Sonetel so this is a review of the excellent service provided by Abdul as I tried to sort out some teething problems with using the service.Abdul understood my problem and solved it quickly and efficiently and his responses were quick. Great service! Thanks Sonetel for taking care of my VOIP needs. I had a few concerns about why the service was not working for me and when I reached out to Customer Service,they were concise in their direction on what needs fixing, followed by a call to see if my issue has been sorted. Thanks for making this a seamless experience!

Re-establishing Sonetel widget on Website

I contacted Sonetel because after a major overhaul of my Website, the Sonetel chat widget no longer displayed on my Website.Support Engineer Shazia M contacted me to inform me that my account needed verification.
I provided the necessary information and waited for the widget to reappear on my site, but it did not.
Shazia informed me that the verification process would take a bit longer than I presumed, and promised that I would be informed once it was done.
I was duly informed that verification was complete and waited the prerequisite time for the widget to reappear. It did not.
I contacted Shazia once again, who then told me that the problem was de-activation of a simple setting in the widget display area. Shazia corrected this problem immediately and all was finally well.
I appreciate the rapidity and clarity with which Shazia responded to my queries and resolved my problem!
