Having used several survey tools in the past, I am thrilled to have found SoGoSurvey.It is it easy to use and there are lots of tips for effective survey design. But, one of the things that sets SoGoSurvey apart from other survey tools is the responsiveness of their staff. It is truly amazing how quickly my questions have been answered -by real people! The robust selection of tools, combined with the great customer service, has saved me both a great deal of time, stress, and frustration and improved the effectiveness of my surveys. I deeply value their commitment to education and supporting students. As I begin to gather data for my graduate capstone project, knowing that I will be able to confidently capture the necessary information to complete my degree is so important to me. Been using Sogosurvey for my PhD and it's an amazing tool to collect responses! I can duplicate my survey for different projects,and recode data easily before exporting them into my desired format!
SogoSurvey allows you to design your survey with flexibility in mind, which is great so that I can get a high response rate from the public! I look forward to continue working with SogoSurvey in the future :D

SoGo Survey is extremely useful for academic needs

I have always found SoGo survey extremely useful for use in the academic sector, notably in a primaryschool.
We particularly use it to assist in obtaining information around our school
community to help understand what is working well and the improvements we need to make, which is extremely important for the head and the governing body. Without the support of SoGo Survey, we wouldn’t be able to achieve this, well, we could but it wouldn’t be anywhere near as efficient, as the survey is really easy to send out and because the responses are in a downloadable format, it is easy to shape the data for my needs and to assess it from all different perspectives.
Given the current climate, it is especially important to understand how people feel we are progressing as a school from an academic perspective but also from a wellness / support perspective.
I have always found their site and tools extremely user friendly and the customer service is second to none; they are extremely fast at responding to queries, which is something you don’t always see with some customer services.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using them.
