My comment is about how convenient and straight forward it was to request my data online and delete my account online.All those you could do it online yourself within 5 minutes, unlike some other companies, you have to email them back and forth to have your account closed. Even worst, companies like Starbucks refused to delete your online account even if requested due to unknown "record keeping purposes".

The support is basically a bot that links you to their site, the site that doesn't even work like it should..I lost 2 snapchat accounts and I can't get them back at all, I just decided to never use snapchat anymore.

So it has cool features but some of us still value our privacy. The long lists of suggested contactsthat I have to delete one by one with no default setting to stop the suggestions is annoying to say the least. The fact that they are suggesting contacts from other peoples phones that I do not even know is creepy, and an invasion of everyone's privacy in my opinion.

Bigger companies are okay to make ads on your platform, but small advertisers aren't.Ads constantly rejected and the customer service NEVER replies. Nightmare experience advertising. You'll never get far like this.

The "Support team" doesnt exist.

The "Support team" doesnt exist. I've contacted them about 5 WEEKS ago and today they still didn't doanything to help me out even if i have all the details about the account and it's their fault/problem. I received the same replies for 30+ days on e-mail. U talk to an automated-send-messages machine and thats it. Absolutely zero! Gj snap. Lost my old account because u dont care about it.
