I really like the Slidebean founder YouTube videos, so I really hate writing this review,but this service is terrible. I honestly don't get it, definitely not worth the price; they underdeliver massively on value. The slides are very limited and look basic, and AI doesn't add much of anything. There are limitations to the ppt. you can create, and you cannot add simple graphics such as shapes, arrows, or bullets. I have tried multiple times to create presentations on the site, and I'm so disappointed I return to my database of powerpoints and produce better results. Honestly, just buy a stack of ppts off a fiver and modify those. I got like 2k slides for $5 with all the icons and graphics you need to make a great PowerPoint.
I have not used their design service, so I can not comment on that.

had a simple 8 page dec that had a next day deadline. we just wanted it tuned up to look better.whoever they assigned it to changed the numbers in the graph in a lazy cut and paste so three out of the four graphs on one of the pages was not factual at all. this was forwarded to the client and caused large problems. We paid $700 for this next day service, would definitely never use again or recommend. they created a decent looking giant PITA for us.
