Yes this place is a scam. I ordered 2 king size pillows. Changed my mind and decided they were too expensive.Cancelled ordered. Was charged $140. When i call their number it is a motel. No way to get my money back. Do not be taken in. What a scam!!

I had high hopes for these pillows but was very disappointed.
I would give this company minus 10 stars if I could due to their poor customer service.I ordered a pillow set and cases for over $170 on 10/8/20 and received the pillows on 10/16/20.
Sleep-gram advertises a 100 night trial period. Further, today when I googled the company looking for contact information, I came across this on their web site:
“Return any time.”
Unfortunately, the pillows did not work out for us so I called to get return authorization as instructed. I received the return label 11/16/2020. Unfortunately, due to unexpected health issues I was unable to return the order on time. Time slipped by and when I remembered I still had them, I immediately called customer service.
On 2/5/2021 I contacted the company to double check if it was ok to return the pillows since the return had previously been authorized on 11/16/2020 which was well inside of the 100 day return window. I spoke to J _ _ _ _ at 2:10 pm Pacific time. J _ _ _ _ AUTHORIZED the return and further instructed me what items to place in box.
The pillows arrived at our home vacuum packed. Once removed from the packing they increase substantially in size. Consequently, they will not fit back into the box when returning. J _ _ _ _ instructed me what to place in the box along with the matching pillow cases which were unused in original packing. Everything she told me to place in the box was boxed up beautifully.
I took the package to FedEx 2/8/21 at 12:59pm and received tracking information. I kept looking for a refund but nothing was posted to my account. Today I confirmed the return package was received by Sleep-gram on 2/11/21 at 9:36am and signed by an employee. I called Sleep-gram and spoke to the same person J _ _ _ _ whom I spoke to 2/5/21. She informed me that I didn’t receive a refund because the return was received OUTSIDE of the 100 day return window. I was flabbergasted! WHAT??? I was only outside of the window by less than 2 weeks and the return had already been authorized just 30 days AFTER I received the pillows and cases! She authorized it herself on
2/5/21 and told me exactly what to place in the box so that it would close and be safe during shipment.
I was really upset and sorry to say, I yelled at her through the phone because she authorized the return and now she was telling me, sorry for the confusion! I let her know I would file a complaint with the BBB if I didn’t get a refund. She said she would not authorize the refund. I paid over $140 for pillows + 2 pillow cases which cost just under $33. I’m now out almost $175!!! I gave her one last chance to refund my money or I would file a complaint. She refused and I hung up.

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would! Ordered two king size pillows, then added on two more at "the special price of"...Ad said anything over $100... free shipping. After I placed order, being over $250. I expected NO SHIPPING COST! Nope, so I emailed them w/in minutes and cancelled the order. It shipped 12 days later! They could have stopped order, but said it was already processed. Called for RA. Then they also sent me a comforter, "in trial", which I didn't order. Boxes never opened and they have not sent me an RA! I called the company and Natalie said that I didn't get in touch w/ them in time to return the comforter...less than two weeks. I have contacted my credit card company and filed a claim for misrepresentation and sending me something that I did not order and charging me for it! Very bad business practices!

Worst pillow ever. Love the concept of the layers but the pillow goes completely flat in the middle in the king.I wake up with neck pain every morning. No worries 100 day guarantee. Seller that I thought was Sleepgram on Amazon —same price only 40 day guarantee Sleep gram doesn’t care—go pound sand. Do not buy!

Do not order from this company. The increased our order from 2 pillows to 6 and charged for me them.When I called them right after I got the confirmation and told them my order was wrong. They told me they could not change it because it was sent to the fulfillment center. They would not credit us and told us to call for an RA when we get them. I told her I would not except delivery and I filed a complaint of Fraud for changing my order and charging for an amount that was not approved by me. The are crooks so stay away and don't order. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals off.

Sleeprgam hates its customers.
Their shipping window is 2-7 days. If they screw up and don’t even start shipping for 8 days they will do NOTHING to make the situation right.In fact, they will charge you for the order you already paid for at a higher cost than you originally paid. Then when you call to get that fixed they will deny you expedited shipping to make their error even a little bit better.
I was repeatedly refused access to a supervisor or anyone that could help me with my issue.

This is probably the worst company I have purchased from in a long time, if not ever.I've purchased from them before, pillows were good quality overall, though some issues with lumpiness have since occurred. The second purchase had issues shipping, received a month later, after sending back never received my refund. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Spoken with several phone agents, who all seemed untrained, were rude and unhelpful. Multiple emails have gone unanswered.

Before I say DO NOT buy the silk pillow cases, I will say their actual pillows are great.Now...
The silk pillow cases 1. Fell apart after only a few months (Yes, I was even more gentle washing them than the instructions say). The seams, around their stitched logos etc. Did NOT even last a few months!
2. I emailed customer service (Hey, maybe I just got some lemons! I'll notify them and they will stand behind their product?) With no answer for over half a month. Finally I tried another email and I got the standard, sorry you're out of your 90 days. WOW...
