Recent changes = major glitches, can’t contact by phone

The company has changed a lot of things on their website without working out all the kinks first.Any good company fully tests major changes BEFORE going live with them. There’s MAJOR glitches that have to be worked around in order to simply complete a task, and not all the options are available due to whatever technical issues they’ve not yet solved. All my templates that I spent a considerable amount of time on have been deleted with the website changes. Oh, and you can’t even contact the company. The message on their support line is “our team is not currently available by phone.” That says a lot right there. They’re obviously experiencing so many issues that they don’t want to answer the phone. What kind of business doesn’t answer the phone? Not a reputable one. It’s extremely frustrating since everything worked so great before (and the glitches reflect negatively on the professionalism of the photographer). I’ve been with them for years, but now I’m ditching them as soon as my last invoice is paid. Look elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Loosing revenue thanks to ShootProof

Because of ShootProof’s endless refusal to ad 3D-secure payment to your Braintree payment option DESPITE their promise to do so.My customers now has started to complain about PayPall’s ‘create account’ demand to be able to pay, and the very long And difficult process this is!
This means that I am now loosing customers and therefore revenue thanks to ShootProof!
When is your 3D-secure payment going to work????
Add stripe as a payment option then, just do something to help out one of your loyal customers!

I use ShootProof for more than “just” gallery hosting of my photos. From invoicing to emails and archiving of wedding galleries,shootproof is an amazing resource for my business.
Galleries are easy to create, the user Interface is user friendly to make invoices, and credit card processing is now a joy.

ShootProof has been great for my business! For large events, having the option for self-fulfillment and being able to create coupon codes for individual use has been amazing.For my regular clientele, the galleries are easy to navigate and user friendly!

I have been using ShootProof for over six years. My uploads are fast, the site is reliable,and the price is reasonable. The customer interface is attractive. I have used several hosting companies, and ShootProof has been the best. They continue to make improvements. Being able to see what my clients have made as their favorites and what is in their cart is very useful, especially if they aren't tech-savvy and have problems.
