I absolutely love Shein. I've spent a good few hundred with them, and each time my clothes are perfect for me.I've never needed to return anything so I don't know what the customer service is like. I just know that shipping can take a little while, but for me that just builds the excitement.
1 minor issue, is sometimes the graphic print on a tshirt might be smaller than how it appears.
But again, I'm super happy with all the stuff I've bought, and will definitely be buying again. I would advise just looking at the size charts and others reviews on particular items as people suggest going a size down/up etc...

This is the first time I have usedthis online shop MANAGED TO GET REFUND BY CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought a dress size small and it is extremely BIG!!! It is more like a large or XL. It looks different than the picture. I highly recommend not ordering from here. The company is in China so they take forever and when I tried to return it there was NO response. Each time I contacted the company, I would be told an excuse and to be patient. THEN I went online and I did my research about THIS COMPANY And Able to get their CONTACT INFO Which is ᴱᴵᴳᴴᵀ ᶠᵒᵘʳ⁻ᶠⁱᵛᵉ fᵢᵥₑ ₜwₒ ₒₙₑ ₛₑᵥₑₙ ₜwₒ four-five my attempt was successful I was able to get in touch with the company they were very polite and nice in helping to get the return details on my order finally I SENT BACK THIS GARBAGE DRESS clothing to the company and I also got my green dollar I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY FROM CHINA AT ALL! If they treat their workers as bad as their clients, they should be closed immediately.I ordered many times on Shein in the past 3 months,at last the customer service is not reachable, they didnt send me for the second time a skirt (wskirt07200821688 size S that I ordered again after not receiving, I have no idea if they will send it separatly or it is simply not available but I paid for it, no answers received from the multiple mails to the service and euroservice mail ), other items are different from the descriptions or damaged. It seems impossible that the quality is so bad considering that the retail price written of each items is around 20 euro(same price of good quality items is normal stores).I dont take things personally and I was very optimistic, I thought it can happen that something can be damaged, the worse was the last order, it came totally squashed the shoe box was half destroyed and THERE WAS BLOOD dried on the box IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CLOTHES, I was disgusted. I will never ordered anymore. In the past I contacted the custumer service and then they stop answering, I ASKED TO STOP SENDING ADS AND TO CANCEL MY DATAS without any answer even from datas office(arent they privacy experts and datas protection masters), luckily I used paypal surely many other clients have had even worst experience overall it seems a scam website for the AWFUL LOGISTIC I received plastic bags packages instead of boxes, with big cuts, with holes,at the same time I had many ok clothes expecially winter loungewear was perfect(I thought it was normal to have some bad items shopping online, that is way I kept hoping they would care more keeping ordering) but the quality of some items is so so bad, some items were not sent, some were rusty, wrong items sent, the electical tools were not functioning, I received refunds of few euro or partial refunds AFTER WEEKS of complaining, shein treat clients with indifference and I got really upset that they work like that,I think is not worthy to shop on this aliexpress quality shops. buttons were missing or fallen out, stiching on top are worse than the cloth for cleaning the floor. FEW ITEMS LOOK OK, returning is very difficult, because covid has made impossible go out normally. I just used Shein because I liked the interaction within the community of shoppers and it was practical for its very precise measure, it gets JUST WORSE, you spend hours trying to read descriptions double thinking about sizes, and trying to guess if it might be a safe purchase,trying to write to the customer service that write you back half in Swedish and you cant translate it with google translate.. I will never buy anymore.IT IS A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY and WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.The site looks amazing, the games and contests are addictive, the pictures are very alluring, the influencers are super exciting but it is not that what you want to wear, supermarket clothes are made with more craftmanship.

So for my first time ordering i only ordered a few cheap things as i thought if it isnt good then im not wasting a load of my money.Well i liked on the website it shows the models size as everything i ordered fit perfect! and honestly the quality of my skirts are better than primark.. and i love the little bags each bit of clothing comes in.. i got told 3 weeks for my parcel to be here and it came within 5 days.. i am very happy and pleased. Im still only going to stick to ordering cheap things as ive seen all the bad reviews.. but i cant pretend im not happy as i am.. when it comes to sizing always check the reviews!! its that simple... in all shops my size varies.. like im bigger in river island than i am in new look.. its just basic knownledge

I’ve received about three orders from SHEIN that were for the most part good but I just ordered more items and they sent me the wrong order,nothing was right and customer service did not care. They informed me that some of the items I ordered were now out of stock. I never received an apology and it’s going to take a month for a refund after I ship back this other persons order.

I hope this post does not back fire on me. However, I ordered a few beautiful pieces from shein one time last month and placed 6 more orders.I have spent over $1200 in clothing in almost two months. I see ppl complain about sizing being off, but it just goes a size down. For instance if you're a medium, get a small. I love every item I have received from them. It gives me confidence with class and sophistication. The shipping is impeccable, it arrives within days. This is great for me because I also have a hair supply store that ships just as fast. I can say that shein has made my birthday complete. Thank You
