Great WFH chair for the pandemic. The chair is very well built with great attention to details.The assembly is very clear, a pleasure. The chair is comfortable for working: a bit hard but good for your back. The customer service is 5 stars. My only complaint was the chemical smell (Softweave Fabric Titan chair) that took weeks to go. This is why I give it 4 stars.

Omega chair is very uncomfortable and not worth the price premium. It's all just marketing that I'm sad to say I fell for.I said I wanted to return it within a couple of days, and after they initially responded, I've now been waiting 5 working days to know where to ship the chair to. This will delay the refund even longer. Avoid this company.
Buy a used Herman Miller instead.

THE, Worst gaming chair company there is.
Hands down a disgusting company. Customer service is non existent.Cant deliver a product without it being a broke & have to wait nearly 1 month for a replacement chair. Asked to post a picture on social media in the middle of a pandemic to get 5 years warranty instead of 3.
Dont go near them with a barge pole. Plenty of better alternatives in Britian with great customer service like Noblechairs or Corsair.

After 1 year of the product im completely happy now to give true feedback on their services and the chair itself.the chair was wonderful. the wait time for it to arrive/ dispatch was a while but this was to be expected as said on their website of the expect date. the chair did infact arrive before this expect date.
The chair is wonderful and i couldnt recommend a nicer chair. my posture is better and im no longer having back pains each day.
Eventually there was a fault in the chair arm rest which appeared after a few months. but their warranty team were on it. they send a replacement arm rest out (which did take a while to arrive). I did have constant emails from their team to keep me up to date on what was happening in terms of delivery. Their team were always quick to reply.
I have now recommended it to all my friends and 3 of which have now bought their own. Glowing reviews all around!

I must admit, I had a bad experience at first ordering a chair which was delayed which I got frustrated with and took to this review site to express my opinion.I decided to give it another go though an Im so glad I did, this time I ordered and received the chair 8 days later and its doing my back the world of good. Its firm, but like BMW Sport seat firm which excellent support. I would like to thank the Secretlab team, they put up with my temper tantrum and delivered a very high quality product. I had built it in, no word of a lie, 10 minutes tops. The instructions are easy to follow and I did it alone. Thanks Secretlab!

In November of 2020. I purchased a OMEGA chair (Targaryen edition) from them after months of deliberating(upgrading from my 4 year old £50 desk chair that was showing its age with months of working form home) and decided after watching many reviews it was worth the expense. It was delivered securely in short order and very easy to put together (just unboxing the chair is a premium quality experience). Once assembled the chair is remarkably comfortable, so much so I have already taken the odd nap in it and the memory foam cushions it comes with I have noticed over the last few months already correcting my posture. The build quality is amazing and the chair itself comes with a 5 year (!) warranty. If anyone is looking for a new chair and are going to be using it extensively, either working from home or gaming choose Secret Lab.

WOW. what an amazing chair. I purchased TheJoker Titan after my Corsair T1 Racing chair broken and i do not regret my decision.its so comfy. beautifully built with nice fabric. lovely memory foam neck pillow with great full body and lumbar support.

Received my chair 28th January but the chair was due on the 20th January, no fault of the company butdue to congestion at the port where the shipments arrive to the UK.
Overall I was impressed how well the chair was packaged even down the the bolts used to fit the chair together.
I found it simple enough to fit together and the instructions were very clear on a big card that comes within the box.
The chair itself it's firm but I find very comfortable and helps me sit with the correct posture as I suffer alot with my back.
It also comes with a memory foam lumbar support and neck rest.
The lumber support took me a bit of getting used to not due to the products fault but helps immensely when it comes to sitting with the correct posture.
I would recommend to anyone who is in the market for a chair and not to go out and buy something cheap, you get what you pay for.
