Eurotruck Simulator 2 is a great game. However, SCS in their feverish promotion of their Steam gamingplatform now limit access of updates and improvements to the game so that only those who use Steam are allowed to have these updates. I don't use Steam and currently I am at least five expansions behind with no ability to get them. If SCS 'graciously' allows an update to be available to those who fail to follow SCS demands to use Steam, it is hard to find the download on the website and to get access to the file. Contacting SCS customer support to ask questions about updates and improvements will get you very rude responses that the problem is 'your' (the customer) fault for not using Steam and told that no updates, expansion packs or improvements will be made available to paying customers who don't use Steam; end of story, do as you are told and sign up for Steam. This game (as much as I like it) will be removed from my computer in the near future.read more

Great games, terrible support.
SCS doesn't respond to tech support request. Tried multiple channels to ask them how to get support,they just don't reply. Apparently they don't care about individuals but only the community as a whole.read more
