Customer Service is not existing. More than 14 days without answer. Hotline not reachable,you end up in an endless loop of explanation. Scalable does not allow me to transfer my money back to my bank account. My money is frozen there and as explained above there is nobody who seems to care from their side. I can only recomend everybody to avoid this company. There are tons of brokers out there with same fees but decent customer service. Don't risk to get your money frozen. If they can't handle such an easy topic like this what is going to happen if you have a tricky one?!

A massive joke, not worth your investment money

This company is a massive joke with a tedious application process, and a completely incompetent hotline service.Fingers off! I signed up for the broker account early March 2021, and handed in all required documents in time. Even now, end of May, the account has not been opened! I am running behind customer service, at times writing 5 emails to get a single, obviously irrelevant reply. Scalable is working with another portfolio bank in the background (Baader Bank), and have no clue what’s going on in that bank’s parallel process. I was once convinced of Scalable, even recruited other customers to join. There is no point, this entire service offering is flawed. As said, fingers off, no point.

I struggle with customer service - waiting times are long and without any response.I struggle on app because the FAQ dont translate to EN. Its always in German and would expect that since they have an international customer base, the FAQ should also be in EN.

Terrible returns

Platform closed in the UK with terrible returns. I have had multiple platforms at the same time as Scalable,all have produced good returns. My 4 years return with Scalable is negative and on top they have closed the platform materializing all the losses in my account. Do not recommend anyone investing with them in Germany or in any other market where they might be present

Hello, Onboarding is really bad. It has been nearly 2 weeks and no response from Customer service.I tried chat, email. Postident is complete. Still, I frequently get emails to complete my Postident. Really bad. Another friend of mine having the same problem.

No customer support. No contact possible with support - email or phone. Should give 0* for Service.Depot Übertrag not possible since a few weeks. To initiate, you need to register on a waiting list. Waiting since 2-3 weeks now and have not seen any response to initiate Depot transfer. Once Depot transfer is initiated, that may take additionally a few days. The problem is that they are not even able to manage the customers wanting to start a Depot transfer. Yes, it is possible to trade for no charge with - 36€ pa Smart Broker. But min. 250€. No complains on that side. Trades can be executed but support is pathetic.
