I am a student in Spain and i was visiting my family after one year of not seeing them.I lost my residence card right before travelling and I went to the immigration office and they gave me an official document to allow me to enter the country again. On the day I was leaving to Spain, I went to check in my luggage and the employee on the cashier told me to wait because he will bring the manager to check my document. He came to me, was not even bothered to check it. Looked at me and said you go back to the embassy and apply for a new visa. Knowing that I am studying for many years now and I had an exam the day after which affect my graduation. I kept on telling him that if he send my document to approve it, they will let me in. After an hour of begging him, he told me he will send it realising after the he lied to keep me quiet till the check-in closed ( I went three hours earlier to the airport!!). Now I will be a semester late to graduate and I lost the flight money. Note: I went to Qatar airlines the next day, the approved my document in less than an hour and checked me in!!read more

I have been trying to get compensation from SA for not allowing me to board airlines due to TouristVisa.
They do not follow the laws of the UK or EU!
I am taking them to court as on their website there is NO reference about which visa I could travel on last October 2020. It says Tourist Visa is acceptable.
I even got as far as printing out my boarding cards only to be told at check-in ( in a very abusive way) that I cannot board the flight under Tourist Visa.
I phoned Jeddah Airport and they had no problems with it (visa).
Under the EU regulations, I am entitled to 600Eur compensation. But they stopped corresponding with me.
If they are unwilling to follow the laws of this country they should get out.

I have been trying to get a Refund for 3 Saudia Flights cancelled due to Covid 19.I am contracted by the company I work for In KSA to book One Saudia flight each calendar year. I have been on the website and applied for the refunds, now when I go back on I cant check the status as the website crashes to a error message. I have spoken to UK & KSA call centres, complete waste of time. Next stop the Saudia office in the town local to me.read more

I tried to book a flight in August 2020 for September during Covid 19. The flight was advertised,I booked it, then it was cancelled.
The flight was Jeddah to London.
I understand this is a difficult time however I have spoken to a number of people who have had this experience, and nobody has been able to secure a refund.
The helpline is shambolic, just passing you back and forth between the same two or three levels of the system, never speaking to a human and no matter which permutation you follow, you end up back at square one.
Awful, non-existent service.
They have been advertising flights back to the UK, letting people book them, then cancelling them.read more

I would like to make a serious complaint about my travel with my pregnant wife and kids and family to medina and also the return leg from Jeddah which was so appalling I don’t know where to start.Firstly from London to Medina stopover at at Jeddah, we we stopped over at the wrong terminal which meant our next flight from Jeddah to medina was at a different terminal so why hasn’t the airline either informed us before hand and how come our bags couldn’t be transferred over to the new terminal and why did I have to rush and get my bags out of baggage claim and put them onto a trolley and have to drag it to a new terminal which was miles away and no offer of taxi or bus was provided I had to pay out of my own money after exchanging it at the airport scared of missing my next flight to medina after our original flight was delayed this is so unacceptable from a major airline I was travelling with my pregnant wife and two little kids with no knowledge of the Arabic language and the transfer cost to the new terminal was over 120 riyal and no offer of help was provided by any of the ground crew. Once we arrived at the new terminal everyone over there was shocked to how this happened and said this was the airlines fault but assured us our return flight would be smoother and from the correct terminal. But to my astonishment the return leg was just as bad and we only had one flight direct from Jeddah to London so I’m not sure how the airline could make a mistake like that once again, for the return leg we were assured by the check in staff the we would be flying from terminal 1 to london as the airline was moving flights over on the 26th of January 2020 as we were told this by all staff at the airport we believed this to be true. On the web check in as we did it only it said to arrived at the new terminal 1 and not the old terminal and we believe this to be true as we were told this by the check in staff from our original flight to my surprise as we arrived at the airport we were told again your flight was not flying from here this is totally unacceptable from major airline to treat there customers in this manner and as my wife was pregnant she couldn’t handle these kind of movement and mistakes from a major airline and we with all out of money we were astonished as to how we were going to go to the old terminal this time with no money on any of us and the staff being unhelpful. We were so scared we were going to miss out flight the day and the airline was going to blame us for it we had to beg our family members in Jeddah to come to the airport and help us transfer terminals as any of us couldn’t speak the language and sort the return trip for us. We had two little ones and this is wholeheartedly unacceptable from Saudia to make these kinds of mistakes which I 100% believe major airlines should not be making especially to Customers who fly with them frequently. I would like the airline to 100% look into this case and offer a suitable resolutions. i have traveled around the world and i did flight with many airlines but nothing like Saudi.5 stars not enough for Saudia Airlines... they have the best aircrafts and lovely staff. Respect for Saudia because it’s better than British Airways & others.
