Wow I see lots of negative reviews about Saks Off 5th’s return policy. I tried to return two swimsuit coverups 35 days after purchasing them.I realized I was over the 30 day limit but I figured they would have at least given me a store credit especially since I was unable to try on the clothing inside the store due to COVID. I’ve never had an issue with a return before and a store not offering a store credit. It’s not like I bought the items 6 months ago. They have lost my business.read more

Do not ever shop here!! I returned an item in the timeframe allowed, and was sent a return label.I returned it and a few weeks later, it arrived back at my house with a note that stated the return time expired.
I WAS OUTRAGED! I was told several times by different reps that it was acceptable, and now after several months they won't accept it. They tried to give me a 25.00 gift card which I refused. I will keep fighting to get what I deserve which is a full Refund. I willl NEVER shop here again!read more

I ordered a pair Hugo boss shoes from Saks off fifth Avenue about a month ago .I receive the shoes the shoes look worn as if someone had already wore the shoes.Imediately call Saks to let them know I wanted to send the shoes back .I sent them back they send me the shoes again telling me they were final sale and I could no longer return them .I explain why I was returning the shoes and explain to them hey the shoes look horrible .I can’t Believe they would send a customer something of such poor quality they asked me to take pictures which I did the representative agreed and had the shoes pick back up .well today almost 3 weeks later they sent me the exact same pair shoes again with a note saying it was a final sale .I have explain to saks numerous of times you don’t have to give me money back just give me a credit but you can’t expect me to pay for something to look like this .I can’t Believe they would send a customer something of such poor quality they asked me to take pictures which I did .the representative agreed and had the shoes pick back up . well today almost 3 weeks later they sent me the exact same pair shoes again with a note saying it was a final sale .I spoke with a customer representative again today ask to speak to a supervisor she told me that he was busy and would call me back within 24 hours .the next step to do next is post on social media for my 25,000 followers can see what has happened to me .I have spent thousands of dollars of product from this company in the last three years and this is how I’m being treated for a $132.00 .Bottom line is , I did everything Sak customer service ask me to do and this is how I get treated .If a customer service representative who can help and really care to help me please contact me .read more

This company has gone to the dark side and is running a full scam ring! BUYERS BEWARE!I am a luxury consumer and have never had any trouble with any department store. The Off Saks Fifth shipping department is running a full luxury scam and is super corrupt. Please read their Instagram reviews and the complaints from MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS about the scams they have pulled on other customers like me. They are sending customers who place orders the wrong item, then denying the return and not refunding them their money. I never expected this kind of scam to occur from a name like Saks. I thought it was an honest mistake, but after reading all the reviews its obvious this is some corrupt scam! DO NOT SHOP HEREread more

On 04/08/2021 my adult daughter and I went to the Eugene Oregon store. Store was shabby and unkept,but as it is a discount store it was to be expected, When it was time to check out we got in line to wait our turn. There were five customers in front of us waiting in line. They had one register open for sales and another one for returns. We stood in line for almost 20 minutes while the one checker moved at a snails pace. At one point she even made the customer go back and get another item rather than call for help thus causing the line to move even slower. Te line behind us kept backing up. Sh did not call for help. During this whole time we saw other sales people flit back and forth both in front of and behind the counter, so we knew they were aware. When we finially got to the front of the line the checker made several mistakes in checking out our merchandise and we had to let her know. All in all one of the worst retail experiences I have had in a very long time. I will not be returning.read more
