Unable to erase a line that I did not put in

A "stock" line that I did not type, just appeared in the body of the resume, and as much as I tried,I could not locate it in any of the sections to delete it. It ruined an otherwise beautiful looking resume, and rendered it useless, after two hours of work. I had to create another resume using a different site, which took another hour. I opened a service ticket for help, and still have yet to hear back from the company. It is for these reasons that I cannot recommend this product, which is unfortunate, since the resume looked really good.read more
