If I could leave zero stars I would. Have been waiting on the phone for two hours and 15 minutes so far for customer service.The app changed my pickup from Hobart CBD to Hobart Airport in a way that was hard to see on my phone. I know, I should have checked more carefully before making the reservation but I immediately realised once I received a confirmation email so tried to change straight away. Zero success so far. As the booking was for later today they said I needed to call to make any changes. Which would be fine if they'd ever pick up! Cannot even download the app cause it's meant to send a verification link in an email - which has not been sent (and I've checked my email and spam folders). Absolutely shocking experience :(

Booked a rental car for April 2022 next year and gave my visa details to confirm booking and the costhas been processed from my visa account also with international charges transaction. I have always booked other companies and paid when about to use car. Taking payment a year out is not required. I disagree with this practice. Please advise a responce as there is no phone numbers to disscuss with company supplying service.

Beware there are lots of hidden fees

The website states "No hidden fees" and yet I got charged a $40 international fee and then when I picked up my car from Hertz and paid the remainder fees as stipulated by Rental Cars,I got charged yet more fees (additional $20) that was never stipulated in my agreement. Very misleading and won't be using this service again, I'd rather go direct with the rental car company than be lied to throughout the whole process.

Your site was very easy to use and did a great job of getting good prices. My only advice would be togive the customer some way to look at a map of where the rental places are in relation to airports, train stations, bus stations.
