Vast improvements have been made to this software since we began using it nearly two years ago.Three things that have made this a winner in my books for our small construction company:
1. Price - It's affordability given the many solutions it offers
2. Accessibility - It has a mobile platform which allows fieldwork information and photos to be entered
3. Support services - Their customer support service is outstanding! This is not hyperbole. They have a chat platform right on the site so if you have a quick question and someone's available, you get an answer right away! This is invaluable for people like myself who are not very computer savvy.read more

Our organization wanted to add the TeamPlayer option to our RedTeam platform but had several questionsabout how the invoicing process would work and how to integrate it with our internal processes.
The representative from RedTeam took immediate action, called and led us through a training (even though it was after hours), and helped us to create a training module to share with our team.

I would like and sometimes need to be able to change date on daily report for changes etc,not able to accomplish my midnight. Do not need my PM as only source to correct this report.
Also why are we limited to 15 pictures. Should be able to send at least 25?
Why can’t we add in a subcontractor that is not already in our project. We obviously do not know every contractor we may need on any given job, especially out of state work.read more
