I am a customer with Raza in USA. Since Feb 13. 2012 it is playing gimmicks with me. I cannot call India.Two times I called with the help of supervisors. They have trained HINDI GIRLS to tell lies. Male staff stays behind the wall. IN LOGO KO SHARM NHIN AATI. HARAM KA MAAL KHATE HEIN.

When I used the one touch dial it gave me an automated service that said "Thank you for calling the Family and Friends service,a family or friend is trying to connect with you, we will connect you shortly". It puts me on hold and sure enough, leaves me on hold. I checked my cedit and sure enough there were charges on there.

If I could give them a negative rating I would! They are rip offs! I have been complaining them about the CONSTANT DISCONNECTION every 1 minute,they are taking off my minutes and money BUT they are not giving me CREDIT FOR LOST MINUTES. THEY GAVE ME CREDIT FOR 23 CENTS!!!!! WORSR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DON’T THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY. GO WITH A SERVICE THAT PROVIDES YOU THE REAL MINUTES AND NOT TAKE YOUR MONEY LIKE RAZA.COM! I am going to SUE THIS COMPANY AND RECLAIM MY LOST MONEY! SCAMMERS!

If I can I will give them zero star,there is a customer service lady,named Laila ,she don't know howto handle customers and she has zero knowledge about the service.Only because of her Raza lost 5 customers from my family and friends group.

I don't give them nothing those garbage Raza ,no star for them, they are crooks lier,bad service uselesscompany,I bought $10 card I didn't even talk or speak all minute gone ,every dialing they cut 5 minute or in half,worse company never seen before,I do advice every one ,do not even thing to use RAZA phone ,are the worse company in the world,trush and garbage.
