You can easily tell how terrible a company is by how many completely fake 5 stars reviews they post for themselves.Qustodio - stop doing it, it's completely obvious and just makes you look even worse.
Okay the software basically barely works. For example on installation, it completely stopped me using my phone at all. It reports visits to facebook.com which were never made and on some computers does not seem to work at all or just record a few minutes. It all kind of feels that the whole thing is in test phase and you are operating only as a tester for them!
And to top it all, bad customer service - not one of my issues ever got dealt with or fixed.
Basically don't waste your time with these people.

The app itself is good BUT if you ever need technical support you are basically on your own.There is no call center. Sadly most technical queries cannot be solved via email exchange. In my case that means I have to request for a cancellation and refund because I cannot use the app and the technical support team is not able to help me solve the issue via email. Half the time I have no clue what they are talking about and I would consider myself to be moderately tech savvy. AVOID.

Must have app for every parent who has kids under 16 years of age. Saves you a lot of headache and trouble..you can track any and all online traffic & the exact sites your kids have been visiting. Simply superb!

Qustodio maybe the worst app.

Qustodio is maybe one of the worst Parental Apps. Start off at the informational feature.I was told that I was on Facebook & Snapchat however I was never on there and it was listed on the app. Secondly the VPN bugs out all of the time and it can't let me watch shows on places such as Hulu. Hulu won't allow you to watch shows with a VPN. I've attempted to turn it off on my iPhone however it turns back on right away. Thirdly the app slows down your phone including your internet connection as well decreasing your battery a lot. I could be using my phone to listen to music for an hour on Spotify I go from %100 to %75. Without the app I'd be at %96-%95. I suggest downloading an app such as bark instead of downloading Qustodio.
